After reading the philosophical thoughts of Schopenhauer , you may find that it is somewhat close to the fatalism of Eastern Buddhism. The Buddhist cause and effect reincarnation and Schopenhauer's pessimistic philosophy are always mixed with many heavy topics, about fate, about those invisible "truths" that control the happiness of life.
Whether it is faith or literature, we attribute the true meaning of happiness to the spiritual sublimation world. As an absolutely, lonely, and profound philosopher, Schopenhauer divided the truth of happiness into three levels. Each of us knows it, but has never truly recognized the mysteries of these three levels.

Spiritual wealth: You know, maybe you have never really owned it.
Wen Tianxiang wrote the handed down masterpiece "Song of Righteousness" in prison;
Fang Zhimin wrote in prison Downloaded "Lovely China";
King Wen of Zhou Ji Chang was imprisoned for seven years, evolving the eight trigrams into sixty-four hexagrams, and writing "The Book of Changes";
Cervantes created the classic " Don Quixote" in prison.
When you know the truth of many things, you may no longer expect so much from the world in an instant, and all the beauty and happiness in the world will disappear in an instant.
Su Shi's poems are so magnificent, but they were created while he was constantly being demoted. Not everyone has a happy-go-lucky and open-minded mood.
Li Qingzhao's lyrics are so fresh and refined, but you don't know what kind of sad love she has experienced in love. Behind those joys, there is a truth that is difficult for others to accept.
The Empress of the Southern Tang Li Yu was really a talented poet, but he was also a good poet who was delayed by the throne. Maybe he just wanted to have a breath of fresh air and live in seclusion like Zhuangzi , but fate gave him such a heavy burden. It was a fateful ending that he could not bear and could not recover.
...
The insignificance and powerlessness of human power, in the face of the numerous experiences that fate has given us, are as inconspicuous as dust, let alone worthy of mention by the Creator. Who is controlling our destiny? Where did fate come from? The structure of the human body is so delicate and cooperates seamlessly. Each organ has its own role. Who arranged it carefully? A person's life moves step by step on an unknown but established track. Who has set everything?
There are simply too many questions like this. What determines all of them is our thoughts, which are called "the vast spiritual world".
The soul is sealed in our body, making it impossible for people to escape from the body and travel to the sky. But without the constraints of this body, the free soul can gallop boundlessly.
Schopenhauer's same point of view is that everyone is imprisoned in his own consciousness, and people cannot transcend themselves. People's efforts to pursue happiness will never exceed the scope allowed by their nature, and can only be limited to the scope that can be felt. The amount of happiness a person can obtain is determined by his personality from the beginning.
But what exactly is personality? Emotions, desires, and thoughts, in the final analysis, are the richness of a person's spiritual world.
But what determines the height of the spiritual world? Schopenhauer believes that it depends on "what we are" rather than "what we have."

"What a person has" is not important, it depends on "what you are"
Each of us often The normal way to chat with people is what you have. I got a new dress today, bought a house, a new car this month, made a new friend, found a good job, made a lot of money this year, traveled to many places, we had laughter, sadness, parting, and illness.
When we are alive, we have many things, visible materials and invisible emotions.
However, our happiness depends more on what we are than what we have.
"What you have" is external acquisition, which can be achieved through hard work. There are some things that have no impact on a person's survival and happiness, such as luxury goods. Socrates saw it and said: "There are so many things in this world that I don't want.""The more materials we have, the more they can become a shackles for people and enslave their lives.
"What is" determines how a person lives his life. It is the tone and background of his personality, and it is the spirit that promotes and runs through a person's life. 1 What kind of person "is" can be labeled, defined, and given evaluations, but these cannot be exchanged for material things, because it depends on the height of the person's spirit and ideological realm.
People can be willing to be lonely and enjoy loneliness, but spirituality cannot. The soul is rich and the spirit is happy; but for a stupid and empty person, no matter how much wealth he possesses, his soul cannot achieve peace and fulfillment. He can only look outside to find a sense of existence and satisfaction, and constantly socialize and spend money. This is what a person has, not what he is.
what am I? I hope you can find an answer that is satisfying and guilt-free at the end of your life.

can’t get rid of Fateful arrangement, follow the trend
Whether it is the Western philosophers and prophets, or the Eastern Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism The thoughts of the three religions are always surprisingly consistent with regard to fate and cause and effect.
Goethe believes that as soon as a person is born, he is dominated by an unchangeable destiny. Just like stars can only move in orbit through mutual correlation, people can only develop within the scope designed for him. This is the fate of Buddhism The theory is the same. Before a person is reincarnated, he has read all the scripts for his afterlife. All experiences and causes and effects are his own choices. Everything is arranged, and everything that happens is the best arrangement for everyone in this life.
As for who is this "arranger"? He is Buddha, God, Creator, Lord, the Lord who created all things that man can imagine.
Therefore, the Western prophets asserted that people can never escape their own destiny, even with the power of time , nor can it change the life path that people spend their entire lives on.
People cannot change their own destiny, but they can change their own character and cultivate their own righteousness and spiritual world.
As Buddhism says, destiny is destined, and you can change your luck by cultivating merit. Cause and effect reincarnate, and good and evil will eventually be rewarded.
The time of birth of a person hides a person’s fate and destiny, what kind of character he is born with, his career, the ups and downs he should experience, the amount of wealth and the time and place of his death. A series of numbers that will mark your entire life.
Schopenhauer believes that people should choose status, career and lifestyle that match their own qualities.
You can't let a strong man do a clerical job, nor can you let a scholar become a general. A person's " life password " determines the path a person should take. If he takes the wrong path, happiness will go in the opposite direction. The more the heart is tortured, the more painful it is. How can there be happiness?
Therefore, people should follow the trend, follow the "way of heaven", follow the tone of their own personality and run correctly on the track without deviation. If you feel that your life is becoming more and more unhappy, it must be that you have chosen the wrong direction and taken the wrong road. Let yourself calm down and think about what you really want in your heart and what you can do to make you happy. Then keep going and you will see hope and light.
In the past, we always felt that we should make up for the shortcomings in our lives and go to Try to spend as much energy and time as possible to make up for your shortcomings. As everyone knows, the most correct approach is to exploit your strengths and avoid your weaknesses, and adapt to the advantages created for you by fate. Make the most of your advantages, be specialized and refined, and hold the idea of doing one thing well in your life as long as you live, and you will gain a complete, fulfilling and happy life.

Jin Hezai wrote this in "The Biography of Wukong":
Sun Wukong said: "I want there to be nothing in the world that I can't defeat. "What can he defeat? He can do nothing except destruction.
People always think that they can defeat the sky, conquer the earth, and rule all things, but in the end they find that nothing can escape the arrangement of heaven, just like Sun Wukong has been fighting for hundreds of thousands of miles, but still cannot escape from the palm of Tathagata Buddha .
The only thing we can do is to follow the trend, follow the way of heaven, and be in awe of everything.Just as Ding Yuanying said in "The Way of Heaven": "God is the Tao, the Tao follows nature, Tathagata ."
What is the Tao? Tao is an objective law, a natural law, a truthful observation, and "fate".
What is Tathagata? " Diamond Sutra " says, "The Tathagata has nowhere to come from and nowhere to go, so it is called Tathagata."
Life, destiny, origin, and nature are empty!
