We have too many habits and too many hobbies in the red dust. One hobby will take part of our light. If you have a hundred hobbies, you will weaken your light a hundred times. As a result, we will become ignorant.
Practice is not to have too many hobbies. Hobbies are one of the reasons for our reincarnation.
If you have many hobbies in the red dust, you have to reincarnate.
If your hobby is gradually surpassed and let go, the light of your own nature will become brighter and brighter means going up, returning to the source, and becoming one with the light.
If you meditate with light, it is also great and very high, but it has not reached the highest point yet.
is the highest, and there is no light or sound. In the end this light, all diffused, even where there is light in concrete,Where there is no light, it will be surpassed.
The true return to the source of self-nature is what is said in the Amitabha Sutra-the Pure Land of Everlasting Light. Everlasting Light is the light of no phase.
From ignorance (no light) —> light —> strong light —> no light (permanent dead light) —> immeasurable light.
