The boring life of raising a baby has finally ushered in a wave~Today my old mother came to see me on an electric bicycle (should say to see the baby) Hahaha, it's not important!
In the afternoon, our family of four played cards at home with the air conditioner on. It was so enjoyable! Although mother-in-law and mother-in-law are very lucky, they dominate the three families! But everyone still had fun!
In the evening, when the sun comes home, my dear, I will go fishing by the river and I will take a walk by the river! Compared to the heat wave in the city, the gentle breeze along the river, facing the afterglow of the setting sun, is really intoxicating~

1. Food check-in
Breakfast milk ➕ eggs ➕ a few grapes ➕ a few raw peanuts! No photos taken! I stopped updating for a while, and I no longer have the habit of taking photos!
Lunch: a plate of fried chili eggs ➕ rice ➕ two or three pieces of braised duck ➕ two or three pieces of sweet-skinned duck ➕ a few bites of rake vegetables
The rest is not very edible! The braised duck meat is cooked with boiling water before eating! Anyway, the red color is disgusting!
I ate a third of a peach in the afternoon and felt like I didn’t eat a lot of fruit today! I guess it was because I played cards in the afternoon (I just drank water)
Dinner was a medium portion of wontons in clear meat soup! Hahaha
2. Sports? Take a 6,000-step walk! Set a small goal and reach the 6,000-step walking target during pregnancy! Hahaha
3. Check in for calligraphy practice! Another day! Just practice one article!
