Breast cancer is known as the number one health killer for women, and its incidence ranks first in the incidence of malignant tumors in women, seriously threatening women's lives and health.

In breast cancer, HR (+) (hormone receptor positive) HER2 (-) (human epidermal receptor factor receptor 2 negative) is the most common molecular subtype. For breast cancer patients with such molecular subtypes, endocrine therapy is the main treatment plan. In recent years, clinical research and practice have proved that the addition of cell cycle-dependent kinase (CKD4/6) inhibitors can effectively improve the effect of endocrine therapy, which has brought new hope to patients with advanced HR (+) HER2 (-).

CDK4/6 inhibitor mechanism

In cancer cells, CDK4/6 binds to cyclin (CyclinD), regulating the binding of cells from G1 to S phase, promoting the value-added of cancer cells. Main adverse reactions:

Tips for taking medication:

. Do not crush, chew or divide the tablets when taking medication;

. Avoid combining the use of strong CYP3A4 inducers/inhibitors, as combinations will reduce the effectiveness of CDK4/6 inhibitors/increase the risk of increasing toxicity.
