03. He successfully returned to school and became calm and positive!

Today, we share the last real case article of patient Weitao.

Weitao, 24 years old, is a prospective graduate student, but he suffers from typical bipolar disorder , and it is a more severe type of bipolar disorder type Ⅰ, and he also suffers from obsessive-compulsive disorder. He received drug treatment from experts at Peking University Sixth Hospital and was hospitalized, but the results were not good, so he had to take a leave of absence from school and stay at home. His parents and he repeatedly came to see us for treatment and received in-depth psychological intervention.

Previously, we used 4 articles to share in detail the in-depth psychological intervention process of Weitao. His condition has improved greatly. He can actively exercise, read books, and go out. His mood and cognition have become much more positive. Almost all the medications I was taking were reduced.

However, Weitao's in-depth psychological intervention is not over yet. His symptoms of being prone to excessive anxiety and always worrying about things that don't need to worry are still very stubborn. In the terms of mainstream psychiatry, this is the exhausting thinking in obsessive-compulsive disorder.

Even though the hypnotherapist Lucy has repeatedly dealt with this problem and Wei Tao's anxiety level has dropped, he still can't help but have random thoughts sometimes. There should be a deeper hidden superimposed psychological trauma behind this.

Also, when I conducted family therapy for Weitao's mother, his mother told me that Weitao masturbated frequently, and she was worried that her son might be addicted to masturbation. But Weitao has never told us about this matter, and we haven't found a suitable time to discuss it with him. What are the two problems

going on?

01. How did his paranoid personality change form?

mentioned in yesterday’s case article that Wei Tao’s anxiety problem has been recurring. Every time he uses the Pathological Memory Repair Technology under Deep Hypnosis (TPMIH), more superimposed psychological trauma can be found. After treatment, the symptoms will be milder, but will still fluctuate.

No, after the last time the hypnotherapist Lucy dealt with it again, Weitao said that his mood became very peaceful, without the previous anxiety. Just when we were all feeling relieved, Weitao's mother said that her son started to have random thoughts again.

For example, he was worried that when he spoke, if the doors and windows were not closed properly, would his neighbors hear him? If you make a phone call at home and a guest happens to arrive, will you accidentally hear it? I often buy things online, will my bank card, Alipay , online banking and other passwords be stolen? etc.

Weitao still remembered that when he was out of junior high school, he was stopped by two gangsters from a distance. Although he escaped in time, he is still scared when he thinks about it.

Fortunately, it soon came time for Lucy to perform deep hypnosis on Weitao, and the two communicated on this issue for a long time.

Lucy discovered that behind Weitao's endless thoughts was not only the manifestation of obsessive-compulsive disorder, but also paranoid personality changes. Regarding the questions he kept thinking about, some of them he knew rationally were unnecessary. For example, he was not beaten by gangsters back then, so why should he worry now? But he couldn't help it.

But there are some things that he thinks are indeed worth worrying about. For example, it would be very serious if someone heard what he said in private and his personal privacy was leaked. Don't worry too much when others analyze to him rationally, as it will be difficult for him to listen.

Moreover, Weitao likes to watch inspirational videos very much, and he also likes to stubbornly follow the methods taught in the videos. Even though people around him advised him to be more rational and not go to extremes, Wei Tao still refused to listen. Weitao's mother also feels the same way. When he and his mother disagree, he almost always assumes that he is right, and his self-righteous paranoia is particularly obvious.

So, Lucy decided to deal with the problem of Wei Tao's paranoid personality change. Under deep hypnosis, Lucy found 4 related psychological trauma events.

The first traumatic event occurred when Weitao was in the first grade of junior high school.. Weitao's mathematics teacher once said to him, "To learn mathematics well, you must not just see the answers, but carefully study the problem-solving process and details."

Weitao felt that what the mathematics teacher said made sense, and he followed the teacher's method and found that his mathematics scores had really improved, and he gained a great sense of accomplishment. Therefore, he was particularly impressed and recognized by "digging out the process and details", thinking that this means spending more time studying and pondering over details when studying.

The second traumatic event occurred when he was in the second grade of junior high school.. Weitao liked playing basketball very much. Weitao's mother hired a coach for him, and the coach invited many people to play basketball with him.

During this process, Wei Tao especially wanted to win. He would try his best to play in every game. He would always play until he was exhausted and could no longer stand before he stopped.

Why is he working so hard? Lucy discovered under deep hypnosis that Weitao had read many reports about NBA stars. Those stars' desire for victory reached a state of paranoia and they were extremely eager to win.

Wei Tao admires the spirit of the stars and hopes that he can do the same. Therefore, he would fall into a crazy and extreme state when playing basketball. Instead of paying attention to rhythm, stretching and relaxation as taught by the coach, he practiced hard.

Moreover, Weitao also had the idea of becoming a professional player. He would try his best every time he played. After the coach saw his condition, he would often praise Weitao, which encouraged Weitao and aggravated his paranoid thoughts. After

Lucy repaired the psychological trauma, she told Weitao that in fact, the reason why NBA stars play so hard is not just for spiritual pursuits, but because it is their profession. In this way, they can earn high incomes and achieve a class jump.

Therefore, in order to make money, many stars will become paranoid in their desire to win. But Weitao doesn't have to be like them. Although Weitao thought about becoming a professional player, this idea is no longer realistic, and he himself has slowly given up the idea. Secondly, the more important thing for Weitao is to go to graduate school. Basketball is just a hobby for him. It is used to relax the mind and body and strengthen the body. It is important to have a certain degree of relaxation.

The third traumatic event occurred when Weitao was in high school.. He was studying science at the time, and his math, physics, and chemistry teachers often told him, "To learn science well, you must dig into the details!"

This sentence reinforced the knowledge of "picking out the details" left by his junior high school mathematics teacher. He was already under a lot of pressure to study in high school, and he became more fond of dwelling on details, which made him even more stressed. Sometimes he wanted to relieve stress by playing basketball, but he went to extremes when playing basketball, and a paranoid personality change gradually formed.

The fourth traumatic event also occurred in high school . Once, he ranked 10th in the whole grade in the exam, and his progress was obvious. Weitao was also very, very happy.

Weitao summarized the reasons for doing well in this exam. He believed that the main reason was that he was in very good condition on the day of the exam. This may be related to the good rest at noon the day before the exam and the day of the exam. So he paranoidly believed that he could do well in the exam only if he had a good rest.

Since then, in order to achieve good results again, Weitao always forced himself to take a nap at noon and go to bed early at night. Sometimes he couldn't sleep, but he kept pushing himself. Once he couldn't sleep, he became anxious and worried that he would not do well in the next exam. This aggravated his insomnia and his academic performance declined.

However, Weitao did not have a correct and rational understanding of this, and still held the wrong attribution of to , believing that poor academic performance was caused by poor rest.

Lucy discovered under deep hypnosis that the reason why Weitao was able to take the 10th place in the exam that time was because he devoted himself to studying during that time and had no distracting thoughts. After studying, he was able to completely relax and quickly fall asleep.

Therefore, relatively speaking, good sleep is not the root of good academic performance. Focus, a good learning attitude, and scientific learning methods are.

After Lucy repaired the above trauma, she guided Wei Tao not to be too paranoid about anything he did, but to solve everything peacefully with a good attitude of "working hard and letting nature take its course".

The next day, Weitao came to receive my intensive cognitive intervention. Weitao told me that he had never realized that he was paranoid before, but through this deep hypnosis, he suddenly realized it.

I told Weitao that when listening to the teacher or reading articles and videos, we must make rational judgments and understand the true meaning of others more comprehensively and actively, instead of blindly going to extremes according to our own understanding and forming a paranoid state.

02. This unspeakable question caused him to feel entangled in his heart.

A few days later, Weitao met Lucy again. Weitao told Lucy that his study status of professional courses has slowly recovered, and his relationship with his parents has become very harmonious. He felt very clearly that he was on the road to recovery.

However, sometimes he still can't help but think of things he didn't do well in the past. Although Lucy has dealt with this problem and Wei Tao's anxiety level has dropped significantly, he still occasionally thinks about it and it takes 4 or 5 minutes each time to gradually adjust. He also wanted to find deeper reasons again through deep hypnosis.

At this time, Lucy asked Wei Tao whether he was "addicted to masturbation". Weitao was stunned for a moment and a little nervous. But he quickly said that this was an experience he had when he was a child. Now he no longer has this problem, and that experience had no impact on him.

But Lucy believes that if "masturbation addiction" really exists, it may mean that there is related trauma at the level of implicit memory. However, Weitao felt that there was still no obvious impact, and his expression seemed a bit evasive.

Lucy respected Weitao's opinion, and the question she dealt with that night was still " Why do I still habitually dwell on things I didn't do well in the past, causing myself to be very anxious? "

As a result, under deep hypnosis, Lucy found three pathological memories related to masturbation addiction.

The first incident happened very early, when Weitao was in kindergarten.. He then became particularly curious about his genitals. Once he asked a little boy to put his hand into his pants and first let the little boy hold his genitals.

But he didn't expect that the little boy would slide his hand up and down a few times after holding it. Weitao felt very comfortable at the time and was deeply impressed. From then on, he often fiddled with his genitals in exchange for a moment of pleasure.

Until the middle and upper grades of elementary school, when he ushered in puberty, this behavior developed into masturbation addiction. When he couldn't help but feel anxious or had insomnia, he couldn't help but masturbate, and was accidentally caught by his mother many times, which was very embarrassing.

The second incident is also related to Wei Tao's masturbation addiction , but because it involves more personal privacy, it is not convenient to expand here. However, in this incident, Wei Tao made some mistakes.

At that time, these mistakes did not cause harm to others, and the negative impact on Weitao was not great. But he vaguely felt that something was wrong with him, so he never dared to tell others, including his parents.

The third trauma occurred when Weitao was a junior.. By then he was already ill, in very bad shape and prone to anxiety.

Suddenly, Weitao remembered that he had done the wrong things mentioned above when he was a child. At this time, he had grown up and knew many things and correct sexual knowledge. He realized that what he did at that time was very dangerous. If he was not careful or took another step forward, it would lead to a big mistake!

The more he thought about it, the more regretful and anxious he became, and then he began to think, "If I have a child in the future, will my child make this mistake?" He felt that he was embarrassed, but he couldn't tell others, so he had to hide it in his heart. Why is it that the problem

is dealing with is clearly "he will habitually dwell on things he failed to do in the past, causing himself to be very anxious", but the pathological memories that emerge are related to masturbation addiction?

Lucy believes that this is because the mistake in the second trauma above is one of the things that Wei Tao has always been worried about and has not done well in the past, and it is a very important one.

Ever since he remembered it in his junior year, he has been regretting and blaming himself. But because of his strong sense of shame, he has been unable to speak out, which has increased his psychological pressure and caused these pathological memories to not be repaired and processed. After

Lucy repaired the above pathological memories, she guided Weitao not to be immersed in the past, but to learn to work hard to improve his abilities and better look forward to the future.

Moreover, he is now 24 years old. When his ability improves, he can completely pursue the woman he likes. If two people have the same views and are very compatible, then as the two people develop and their relationship deepens, intimate physical contact will naturally happen.

At the same time, he will focus more on his studies and career and gain a sense of accomplishment. He will no longer have to relieve stress through frequent masturbation addiction as he did in the past.

The next day, Weitao first expressed his gratitude to Lucy for the deep hypnosis for him, "I thought this problem would not have a big negative impact on me at first, but I didn't expect it to be so big."

I guided Weitao to realize that after repairing these pathological memories, he would be able to establish a correct and positive understanding of sexual behavior, love, etc., and he would not be prone to sexual psychological problems. Moreover, after this process, you must truly let go of the past, no matter whether you did it well or not, it will be over, and you can regain your inner peace in time.

However, later Wei Tao remembered more related events, related to the mistake he had made. He still couldn't let go, so Lucy used deep hypnosis to process it more deeply, and Wei Tao finally felt relieved.

Until now, all 17 sessions of Wei Tao’s deep hypnosis have ended.

However, based on Lucy’s previous review, she found that Weitao was still easily affected by noise and had difficulty falling asleep at times. Also, when Weitao is anxious, he is always worried about his future children. There may be psychological trauma behind these two problems.

However, because the superimposed psychological trauma he suffered has been greatly repaired, he can try to overcome these two problems through self-adjustment, and does not necessarily need to undergo deep psychological intervention such as pathological memory repair under deep hypnosis. Weitao also agreed and said that he could try to adjust himself first.

In terms of learning, Weitao said that he has been able to study more focused, and there is no need for me to use the Conditioned Reflex Reconstruction Technology under Deep Hypnosis (CRRDH) to create an efficient learning state for him for the time being. He thought he could resume school normally.

But I reminded Weitao and his mother not to take it lightly on the way back to school. If they have serious mood swings later, they can come to me for help in time, and even come for intensive psychological intervention when necessary. Weitao’s parents can spend some time with their son when he first starts graduate school. Once Weitao has fully adapted and his overall mental state has become relatively stable, let him transition to independent study and life.

Moreover, Weitao still has certain psychological barriers when interacting with girls, and even has a slight fear. I hope his parents can give him more guidance and support in this regard, and Weitao should also strengthen his self-awareness and strive to improve himself.

Before they finished the intervention and returned home, Weitao's mother once again expressed her gratitude to us, "Director He, thank you and Lucy for your hard work along the way, which gave Weitao a second life and gave our family a rebirth!"

We were very pleased to see that Weitao's overall recovery was very good.

03. He successfully returned to school and became calm and positive!

More than a week after Weitao’s family returned home, Weitao’s mother sent the good news that her son had successfully resumed school!

"Director He, after more than ten days apart, Weitao officially started class today and is in good condition! Although he sometimes wakes up in his sleep and is a little flustered, it is not serious. Thank you again and Sister Lucy for saving us from dire straits!"

Shortly after the school started, it was the Mid-Autumn Festival and the National Day. Weitao's mother sent another blessing message, saying that her son's condition was getting better and better, and their family relationship and parent-child relationship were becoming more and more harmonious. They were constantly self-reflecting, changing and improving every day.

Lucy and I were also sincerely happy to hear the positive changes in Weitao. I told Weitao’s mother that as time goes by, the effects of in-depth psychological intervention are revealed, and I believe Weitao will get better and better.

Sure enough, in mid-October, Weitao’s mother said that the only eszopiclone tablet that Weitao took at night had also been lost, and he slept very well at home and was in a very good mood!

However, the life of a graduate student is indeed not easy. Weitao doesn't get along with his roommate. He thinks his roommate's lifestyle is not particularly good and affects him a bit, but he can generally adapt to it.

At the end of last year, four months after Weitao finished the in-depth psychological intervention, Weitao’s mother once again gave me feedback on her son’s current situation.

She said that Weitao was in very good condition, no longer worrying about gains and losses, and learning to be proactive. He himself also feels that he has changed a lot. He can read for a longer period of time. He is no longer anxious about taking exams. His sleep state has greatly improved. He has also begun to plan his future career direction and has a positive attitude towards life.

His mother went to study abroad, and his father had completely given up drinking. "Our family has entered a new state. I am really grateful to you and Sister Lucy!"

However, Weitao later failed in one subject and was very upset and even cried. He wanted to actively communicate with the subject teacher to understand the reasons, but he didn't know how to express it. I gave him some advice through Weitao’s mother, and they were very grateful.

In September this year, Weitao’s mother said that her son’s attitude was very positive and he no longer criticized himself harshly. “He said that Sister Lucy told him that whether he was working or studying, he must be efficient. It does not mean that the longer the better, he could pause when he couldn’t do it, and maybe he could solve it by changing his mind.”

Moreover, the way Weitao thinks about problems now is very different from before, which often surprises his mother! Sometimes his parents accompany him for a walk, and he suddenly says: "Mom, walking here, I feel particularly peaceful. I have never felt that nature is so beautiful."

This seemingly ordinary sentence made Weitao's mother particularly excited. "I know the seeds you and Sister Lucy have planted in his heart are sprouting."

Weitao didn't like his father before, but now his relationship with his father has become very harmonious. Now whenever they have time, the two of them often chat and discuss issues of mutual interest.

However, his grandma recently died of a serious illness. Weitao was very sad and kept crying. This matter has been a matter of great concern to his parents. However, Weitao soon came out of his grief."He said that Sister Lucy told him that no matter how great a person is, it is impossible for him to live forever. He had the opportunity to accompany his grandma through the last days of her life. He was very satisfied! We passed a very important test successfully and we are very happy!"

Weitao's mother also shared with me some of her son's confusions in interpersonal communication, and I provided some suggestions.

The last time Weitao’s mother contacted me was in November. She said that Weitao’s interpersonal relationship problems had been resolved and that Weitao had learned to understand others better and let go of prejudice and paranoia.

"I obviously feel that he has gained confidence and can face the difficulties in life more calmly. His current state is extremely precious to us. Thank you for giving him hope of rebirth!"

Weitao’s mother’s words also moved me very much. I responded to her voice message, recognizing their efforts along the way, and guiding them to ensure that this illness experience is turning into wealth in life. They truly understand the feeling of surviving hardships and coming back on a sunny day!
