Stay sedentary. Use social media. The first one is very dangerous. Continuing a sedentary lifestyle almost guarantees that you will lose some mental health.

Bad habits may be sucking the joy out of your life. You probably already know that bad habits can make you sick.
Eating cheesy sausage eggs every morning and pizza every night will raise your cholesterol , increase your waistline, and may even give you heart disease.
1.Perfectionism
The pursuit of excellence is a healthy habit. When trying to achieve an important goal, always do your best. Of course, doing things perfectly increases your chances of success, but trying to be perfect all the time can actually sabotage your efforts.
2. Guilt
Guilt has a limited place in society - feeling remorse for a wrongdoing can often prevent a person from committing that crime again.
3. Co-dependence
Co-dependence habits interfere with your ability to enjoy a healthy, mutually satisfying relationship. The Mental Health Association says families pass down co-dependent learned behaviors from generation to generation, so you may have learned this people-pleasing habit from your parents.
