But unfortunately, today, my country's real economy has encountered unprecedented difficulties. Although my country's population has exceeded 1.4 billion, these real economy industries are in a dilemma of labor shortage. There has always been a huge talent gap in the fields of industry and manufacturing.
In fact, overall, my country's industrial and manufacturing development still has many advantages compared to other Western capitalist economic powers with a relatively mature sense.
The biggest advantage is my country's demographic dividend. Nowadays, my country has a population of 1.4 billion. On this huge population basis, it is not very difficult to develop industrial manufacturing rapidly.
At the same time, we can also use this as the main support for economic development to solve a series of problems such as employment difficulties. However, nowadays, my country's manufacturing industry has entered a stage of development.
What is stuck in the development of manufacturing is the loss of talents. At present, many domestic factories have vacancies, and professional and skilled talents are seriously insufficient.
According to relevant data statistics from relevant departments, about 70% of manufacturing industries in my country currently face the problem of labor shortage. After the seventh census this year, according to relevant statistical results, it is not difficult to find that my country's population has now significantly exceeded 1.4 billion.
And there are more than 800 million people who can truly participate in social construction activities. Facts have proved that the number of working people in our country is not very large. So, why are my country's manufacturing factories still so short of people?
Where does the phenomenon of labor shortage in my country's industrial and manufacturing fields come from? According to the survey, it is not difficult to find that the main reasons why industries in these two fields cannot recruit people are roughly the following two points.
One of the reason is that the salary of workers in the manufacturing industry is generally low.
For many young people today, such a low salary is completely insufficient to support their families. Young people of this age can be said to be the most stressful generation. Many of them are only children in the family. They not only have to bear the lives and education of their children, but also have to support and take care of the elderly in the family.

The second is that the working environment in the manufacturing industry is generally bad.
As mentioned above, many of the young people today are only children in the family. They have been favored by their parents since childhood and have never experienced any major storms because they have suffered any hardships. It is precisely because of this that they are generally unwilling to participate in these jobs that make money by selling their coolies.
Some young people say that they are not afraid of hard work. As long as their labor can be rewarded accordingly, there is no problem no matter how hard or tired they are. However, the overall industry status of the manufacturing industry is that it is very tiring to work, but the salary is very small.
Faced with such unbalanced efforts and income, many young people think that the cost-effectiveness is not high. Therefore, they would rather be hard-working and angry delivery guys than work in a formal factory.
The fundamental reason why there is a labor shortage in factories in my country is that they are not good at salary and benefits. If the relevant departments can further improve the working environment of manufacturing factories and increase the wages of workers, why worry about whether young people are willing to join?
What really drives away migrant workers is not the change in the thinking of the younger generation, but the unfair treatment in the industry that is completely incompatible with the level of dedication.
