1. Sorting

2. Pretreatment and pre-washing

1. Put the clothing with risk of infection into a special disinfection soaking pool for soaking and disinfection.

2. Put the non-risk uniforms in general departments into the pre-wash soaking pool.

3. Soak the operating room linens separately.

4. Put the soaked clothes into various pre-washing equipment according to categories for cleaning.

5. Specially handle key stains individually.

6. After the pre-washed clothes are initially dehydrated, they are transferred to the formal cleaning equipment for cleaning.

3. Cleaning

1. First put in the cleaning clothes, close the door of the cleaning equipment and make sure it is intact.

2. Inject cleaning fluid mixed with oil cleaning agent.

3. Turn on the steam and heat the cleaning fluid to the specified temperature; start the equipment for cleaning.

4. After cleaning, shut down the equipment and start draining. After draining, start high-speed dehydration.

5. Repeat the above operation process if necessary (generally the cleaning process should not be less than 2 times).

1. The rinsing process is the same as the cleaning process. However, during the rinsing process, you need to check the pH level of the clothes and add an appropriate amount of neutralizer and softener.

2. An appropriate amount of brightening agent can be added to white clothes. The rinsing process should not be less than 2 times, and the water must be dehydrated for each rinse.

5. Drying and flattening

1. Cleaned medical uniforms, quilts, etc. must be put into steam-type ironing equipment for drying and ironing.

2. The clothes after drying and ironing need to be folded and stacked according to categories to facilitate subsequent classification and packaging.
