Today's Nanyang is facing major changes unseen in a century. Hubei's economic development is booming. Although Nanyang's economic development speed is at the forefront of Henan Province, there is still a big gap with Xiangyang, Hubei. Nanyang needs to embrace Hubei and Xiangyang, promote rapid economic development, achieve integrated development with Hubei, and get rid of the state of low-speed growth.
Some people may worry that if Xiangyang competes for the history and culture of Nanyang and integrates development with Hubei, will it suffer more serious plunder? the answer is negative.
The author would like to ask three questions:
1. Without rapid economic development and no material foundation as a guarantee, what can Nanyang do to compete with Xiangyang for Zhuge Liang farming land?
2. Can Nanyang’s original policies maintain rapid economic development?
3. Are there any disadvantages for Nanyang to integrate into a developed Hubei economic circle?
Regarding the first question, the author believes that old Nanyang people value culture more, but they must clearly realize that the development and defense of culture must have economic development as a material guarantee. Nanyang should put down the face of history and culture and be on the same level as Xiangyang. The state of "both cooperation and struggle" is both friends and opponents. On the one hand, we embrace Xiangyang, Hubei, and Wuhan economically, and continue to learn from Hubei's urban construction and industrial development experience to promote the rapid economic development of Nanyang. On the one hand, while promoting their own rapid economic development through cooperation, learning from the experience of cultural tourism construction in Hubei will have greater strength in defending Nanyang culture. This does not affect each other.
Regarding the second question, whether Nanyang’s original policy can ensure rapid economic development. When we look at the data, we will find that Henan's economic development is sluggish, while Hubei is in a state of rapid growth. Obviously Hubei's policies can better reflect the correct approach to economic development. Therefore, Nanyang embraces Hubei Province. Nanyang has a huge population and market, and has Developed agriculture, there are dozens of well-known domestic enterprises, such as Muyuan Group, Wanxi Pharmaceutical , China Optics, Wolong Explosion-proof Group, etc., as well as countless mineral resources, and Hubei Province has an advanced automobile industry and a developed In terms of transportation, Nanyang can fully complement Hubei Province's advantages and achieve integrated development.
Regarding the third question, are there any disadvantages for Nanyang to integrate into a developed Hubei economic circle? The answer is no. This is beneficial and harmless. Nanyang's integration into the developed Hubei economic circle will help solve the employment problem of ordinary people on the one hand. On the other hand, it will help Nanyang introduce more advanced ideas and enterprises. Thirdly, , it will also help Nanyang's enterprises gain broader development space. This is a process of mutual integration. In the future, Nanyang will also be on the fast track of rapid economic development.
As for the dispute between Nanyang and Xiangyang, everyone remembers a saying, "Rapid economic development is the material driving force for resolving disputes." This is one of them. Secondly, although Nanyang and Xiangyang have many disputes, they are still the closest neighbors after all. They have coexisted in the historical norm of alternating cooperation and struggle for thousands of years. Thirdly, if Nanyang looks to the south and to Hubei, it will never lose to itself. With Nanyang’s population, land and resources, as well as the Nanxinhe High-speed Railway hub to be built in the future, Zhang Zhongjing Chinese Medical University construction, plus Hubei Province’s advanced experience and industrial industries can add wings to Nanyang’s construction of the Henan sub-center.
There is no harm in learning from Hubei and integrating into Hubei. Although they are two provinces, there is a bright future for cooperation. This is another opportunity for Nanyang to develop rapidly and follow the economic development of Hubei Province.
