"Master-leadership" is a special work of the studio. Starting from problems such as lack of business, unfamiliar skills, and poor quality of the branch employees, it develops more than 10 types of training courseware, organizes employees to conduct theoretical and practical training, improves employees' skills and literacy, and collects and solves production problems and "bottlenecks" problems.
