China Taiwan Network August 29th 2022 "Guangdong comes to Guangdong and Interesting" Cross-Strait Youth Creative Short Film Competition officially kicked off in Zhongshan City and Taipei City on the 27th, and the relay network live broadcast between Taipei and Zhongshan City was launched.
It is reported that since 2018, the "Guangdong Comes to Guangdong Fun" creative short film competition has been successfully held for three sessions. This competition is the first time that the challenge is held with urban images as the theme. The contestants selected five locations in Zhongshan City and Taipei City to designate themes with the five main axes of "Sun Yat-sen, Culture, Popularity, Landmarks, and Food", and completed five designated shooting topics, conducted the first 24-hour limited-time challenge and submitted their works. Subsequently, professional judges will select 50 excellent works from each side of the Taiwan Strait from the shooting materials submitted by all participants, and the organizer will invite the first three outstanding contestants to challenge the blockbuster editing exclusively for young people on both sides of the Taiwan Strait in 24 hours, showing and highlighting the common historical memory and life view of life and awareness of integrated development for young people on both sides of the Taiwan Strait.
In the live broadcast room of Zhongshan City, Huang Guanjie, president of Zhongshan Taiwan Youth Association, said that Zhongshan is the geographical center of Greater Bay Area , and many Taiwanese people will choose to develop in Zhongshan. The Guangdong area of this short film competition is located in Zhongshan because it has Zhongshan culture, Lingnan characteristics, and Taiwanese youth. "Everyone knows Mr. Sun Yat-sen, but everyone may be unfamiliar with the city of Zhongshan. I hope that through this event, we can use more excellent pictures and videos to let everyone know that Zhongshan is a city that combines traditional Lingnan culture and modern style. Today's opening ceremony includes the Third Prince of Electronic Music, which is a performance that combines Taiwanese culture and entertainment. Taiwanese young people have great ideas and introduce this culture to Zhongshan City, so that everyone can have more understanding of Taiwanese young people's culture."
