According to Taiwanese media reports, TSMC "Mysterious Zone 51" is located in TSMC Longtan Packaging and Testing Factory 3. Its confidentiality is very high, and even the paper is buried with metal wires.
It is reported that this "Mysterious Zone 51" is specially developed for American companies' products, and all participating manufacturers must sign confidentiality terms. Moreover, the confidentiality clause is not limited to both parties, up to five parties, and the entire supply chain must be highly confidential.
