This is the third time that a female chef from Bangkok won the honor of "Asia Best Female Chef" (following Bo Lan and Bee Satongun).
Many people know Garima Arora because she was personally selected as the manager of the new restaurant Gaa by Gaggan Anand, the head of Asia's No. 1 Indian radical cuisine. Therefore, the restaurant has been well received since its opening in April 2017. At the forum, we tasted the signature dishes: strawberry, caviar, and Hor Wor oil. Hor Wor is a lemon-flavored plant collected outside Chiang Mai. Its existence has become a medium for strawberry slices and caviar, which seem to be incompatible with each other. In addition, the liquid banana bread is so delicious that it can't stop.
