1. For incoming personnel who are centrally quarantined in our city from other cities in the province and from Kunshan , after the centralized isolation is lifted, the local epidemic prevention and control emergency command agencies of the incoming personnel destination will arrange special vehicles and directly transfer from centralized isolation points; for incoming personnel who are centralized isolation outside the province, after the centralized isolation is lifted, the local epidemic prevention and control emergency command agencies of the incoming personnel destination will arrange special vehicles and transfer to the "two stations, one field and one dock" that first enters the province. Incoming personnel shall not be allowed to transfer public transportation within the province.
In principle, for incoming people who have been quarantined for 14 days, the second 14-day medical observation will continue to be implemented in centralized isolation sites; for those who really need home health monitoring, they must meet the basic conditions such as single person living alone, a sound "five guarantees and one" community prevention and control mechanism, not going out unless necessary, and reporting to the community if they really need to go out, and can only be implemented after being strictly reviewed, evaluated and confirmed by local epidemic prevention and control emergency command agencies.
For incoming personnel who have completed 28 days of health management, they will continue to conduct 28 days of tracking and health monitoring. During the 28-day period of tracking and monitoring of health, nucleic acid testing should be carried out in accordance with relevant requirements, and nucleic acid testing should be carried out simultaneously with the family members of the same family.
2. For those who have a history of traveling to and returning to Xuzhou in medium and high-risk areas within 14 days, or who have a trajectory crossing with confirmed cases (including asymptomatic infected people in ), the "14+7" health management will be implemented, that is, 14-day centralized medical observation (from the date of leaving the medium and high-risk areas) and 7-day home health monitoring.
3. For those who have a history of traveling to Xuzhou and return to Xuzhou in low-risk areas where the medium and high-risk areas are located within 14 days, they must hold a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours (or can produce a health code including a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours) and complete nucleic acid sampling after arriving in Xuzhou before they can move, and actively report to the community and unit where they live, conduct a 7-day health monitoring, minimize going out during this period, and avoid participating in gathering activities. For those who cannot provide a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours, nucleic acid tests must be conducted, and personal protection should be taken before the test results are issued, waiting at the specified location, and the test results are negative before flowing. Another nucleic acid test will be conducted within 72 hours of entering our city (the interval between the two nucleic acid tests is more than 24 hours).
4. Except for medium and high-risk areas, in accordance with unified requirements, we must do a good job in the health control of people from key areas of focus.
Focus on health control requirements for people coming to the region:
1. People coming to the medium and high-risk areas and those who have trajectories with positive nucleic acid tests (confirmed cases, asymptomatic infections) will be implemented for 14-day centralized isolation and the following 7-day health monitoring measures.
2. Other persons with travel history: ① On-site inspection, negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours + free and orderly flow of nucleic acid sampling; ② For those who cannot provide negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours, nucleic acid tests must be conducted, and those who have negative nucleic acid tests can flow in an orderly manner; ③ If the person lives in our city, he will undergo 7 days of health monitoring and undergo another nucleic acid test within 72 hours of entering our city (the interval between the two nucleic acid tests is more than 24 hours).
3. Report to the community, unit and hotel within 12 hours.
Recently, many countries and regions have reported Omickron variant strain. Currently, imported cases of Omickron mutant strain have also been reported in Tianjin, Guangzhou, Changsha and other places in my country.
