Announcement on Online Continuing Education of Drivers for Opening Road Transportation
In accordance with the spirit of the Ministry of Transport's "Measures for Continuing Education of Drivers for Road Transportation", "Technical Specifications for Online Distance Teaching Platform in the Road Transport Industry" and "Notice of the Shandong Provincial Department of Transportation on Further Improving the Continuing Education of Drivers for Road Transportation" and other documents, in order to improve and strengthen the Continuing Education of Drivers for Road Transportation in Our City, the Ministry of Transportation will improve and strengthen the Continuing Education of Drivers for Road Transportation in Our City. , facilitate drivers to participate in continuing education and training, and reduce the time cost and economic burden of drivers participating in continuing education. From now on, the online learning and performance assessment of road transport drivers will be held. The relevant matters are now announced as follows:
1. Road transport drivers complete 24 hours of continuing education every two years in accordance with regulations. Continuing education with 24 hours of learning at a time corresponds to two integrity assessment years;
2. Drivers choose offline training institutions or online continuing education platforms to participate in continuing education. After selecting an offline training institution to complete the required continuing education training, the offline training institution logs into the provincial transportation administration system through the local transportation authority to enter the driver's continuing education results information. If you choose online continuing education, after completing the prescribed continuing education training, the platform will upload the results of the continuing education to the provincial government system. You must participate in online and offline continuing education. If you find that you spend your time and other cheating behaviors, you will lock your account and are not allowed to participate in online learning.
3. The professional qualification certificate does not require signing the continuing education qualification certificate. If an individual requires a certificate of qualification on his/her professional qualification certificate, he/she can use the continuing education certificate issued by the driving training institution or the screenshot of the continuing education certificate provided by the online platform to sign and seal it in the municipal transportation and administration service hall based on the driving training institution or the online continuing education platform.
4. The road transport driver's online continuing education platform must earnestly fulfill its training responsibilities, disclose the training commitments, charging subjects, charging amounts, training courses, training processes, training results, maintain network and data security, strictly carry out continuing education and training in accordance with the matters under the filing commitment, update the training content in a timely manner, and promptly answer the problems encountered by drivers during the training and learning process. If cheating or other problems are found during the study time, the platform will no longer be used for learning.
5. Offline training institutions should disclose the time of continuing education and training, training service matters, contact persons and service phone numbers, strengthen the management of training teachers, carry out continuing education and training strictly in accordance with regulations, and ensure the quality of training services. If violations such as failure to train in accordance with regulations and issuing false continuing education and training certificates, their offline continuing education and training qualifications will be cancelled.
