3. Operation process

For vehicles that have completed local testing in 2022, the owner does not need to apply independently, and the Municipal Highway Transportation Center will complete the relevant work; for vehicles that have not completed the annual testing, the owner must submit an appointment testing application to the Municipal Highway Transportation Center, and the Road Transportation Center will provide the appointment list to the testing agency.
