Compared with the common electric aircraft of Volkswagen, this vertical take-off and landing jet powered aircraft uses diesel, with no rotor or external wings designed for the fuselage. It uses 4 to 8 small turbojet engines as power sources and can provide 100 kilograms of lift. The fuselage loading independently developed thrust vector system and aircraft control system have the advantages of strong power, fast speed, and vertical take-off and landing.
Major Natural disasters are often accompanied by unfavorable factors such as traffic interruption, material shortage, and complex and harsh rescue environment. How to ensure that injured people in the disaster area are effectively treated within "10 minutes of platinum and 1 hour of golden", and how to quickly and accurately transport rescue materials to the affected area is a problem that needs to be solved urgently in rescue and disaster relief.
It is understood that at present, there are few research results for small unmanned aircraft in jets at home and abroad. Representative research results include suspended flight skateboards and jet flight wings, but due to their difficulty in operation and high cost, it is difficult to promote and use on a large scale.
Duan Feng introduced that traditional small rotorcraft has a small load and can only carry a small amount of supplies. Large-load helicopters need to take off and land. The vertical take-off and landing jet-powered aircraft in this test flight can solve these two major problems, with a load capacity of 100 kilograms that can even transport wounded people.
Duan Feng said that this aircraft breaks through core technologies such as jet power system design and complex nonlinear system control, solves the problems of low load load on traditional small rotorcraft and high take-off and landing conditions of large helicopters, fills the gap in the design and control of vertical take-off and landing jet power aircraft in China, and helps promote the development of my country's aircraft.

Duan Feng said that in the future, this vertical take-off and landing jet-powered aircraft is expected to be used in the field of air personnel transportation, such as complex geographical environment rescue, urban first aid, etc.
