6 million years ago, the Pacific plate collided with the Asia-European plate, and Taiwan Island was formed. At the same time, it also formed the Qingshui Mountain with an altitude of 2408 meters, forming the Qingshui Cliff with a height of 800 meters and a right angle of 90 degrees, one of the ten scenic spots in Taiwan. Along the Suhua Highway, there are natural dangers on one side of the cliffs and the vastness of the Pacific Ocean on the other side.
