Hon Hai Precision is the behind-the-scenes shareholder
Before the IPO, the company's controlling shareholder Hengfeng Co., Ltd. held 223,216,115 shares of Tiandeyu Technology Co., Ltd., with a shareholding ratio of 61.1551%. Hengfeng Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tianyu Technology.
Tianyu Technology is a listed company on the Taiwan Stock Exchange (4961). During the reporting period, Hon Hai Precision (2317, a listed company on the Taiwan Stock Exchange) indirectly held shares of Tianyu Technology through its holding subsidiaries Baoxin International, Hongyang Entrepreneurship, Hongqi International, and Hongyuan International (collectively known as "Hong Hai Holding Company"). As of March 20, 2021, Hon Hai Holding Company held a total of 27.29% of Tianyu Technology's shares and is the controlling shareholder of Tianyu Technology.
