Dabanlou topped the list of

Grand House topped the list of "50 Best Restaurants in Asia" in 2021, becoming the first restaurant in Hong Kong to top the list, and also won the honors of "Best Restaurant in Asia" and "Best Restaurant in China" sponsored by S. Pellegrino & Acqua Panna.

In addition to the large-scale building, Hong Kong has also welcomed a new restaurant Mono (44th place), as well as two restaurants that have re-listed, Caprice (28th place) and Ta Vie (38th place). Vea (No. 16) became the winner of the "Gin Mare Hospitality Art Award" of this year. The other Hong Kong restaurants on the list include: Neighborhood (17th place), Belon (25th place), 8½ Otto e Mezzo Bombana (33rd place), Amber (37th place), Long Jingxuan (47th place), and Jiaquan Qifu (48th place).

Mainland China representative, Fuhehui (22nd place) in Shanghai was shortlisted for seven consecutive years, while Wynn Palace in Macau was on the list again with 50th place. Shanghai Obscura chef Tan Qiwen won the "Asian Best Female Chef Award" sponsored by Cinco Jotas.

There are five restaurants on the list in Taiwan. Including Mume, which has always been popular, rose three places to 15th place on this year's list and won the honor of "Best Restaurant in Taiwan" for the third consecutive year. Raw climbed 15 to 21st place, followed by Florilège's sister restaurant Logy in Taipei, and was shortlisted for the first time with 24th place. JL Studio (26th place) and Xiangyun Longyin (45th place) also represent Taiwan's success in this list. In addition, the winner of the "Asia Best Pastry Award" is also located in Taipei. Angela Lai, born in Singapore and served as pastry chef at Taïrroir Restaurant, has been deserving of this award for bringing joy to diners with exquisite beauty over the past five years.
