till undergoes transformation and reshaping of the industry under the epidemic, allowing the organizers to make new thinking and review of the Asian catering industry.Whether it is the newly added individual awards, the "Asian simplicity" list that condenses Asian catering culture, and the "50 Next" list that leads the new future of Asian catering culture, it has brought new inspiration to a number of food lovers when planning future catering experiences and travel plans. We look forward to the arrival of the day of redesigning.
1.
First announced the restaurant list with 51 to 100 rankings
Before the 50 list was announced, the organizer took the lead in announcing the restaurants in the 51 to 100 rankings. This is also the first time this award has released the ranking list after 50 rankings.
It is worth noting that among the 51 to 100th list, there are eight restaurants in mainland China in , with Shanghai restaurants occupying five seats, namely: Ultraviolet by Paul Pairet (52nd place), Xinrongji (Nanyang Road Store) (61st place), Tai'anmen (75th place), Da Vittorio Shanghai (82nd place) and Yongfu (Maoming South Road Store) (93rd place). Although these restaurants have different styles, both traditional and new, the same thing is that they are well-known in Shanghai, which is well deserved.
The other three restaurants on the list are also convincing, namely: Shenzhen Ensue (69th place), created by famous chef Christopher Kostow, Xinrongji flagship store of Taizhou - Xinrongji (Linhai Store) (76th place), and Jinsha Hall (89th place) located in the Four Seasons Hotel in Hangzhou.
2021 Asia's top 50 restaurants ranked 51~100 are as follows:
2.
first set the "Asian quintessential" list, regardless of ranking

This list of unranked restaurants has focused on restaurants that have had a positive impact on their communities and local catering culture even if they are facing crises in the near future. These restaurants are indispensable in the Asian dining system. They retain traditional cooking skills, advocate authentic flavors, and play an important role in building connections with the community.
There are 6 mainland Chinese restaurants on the list and 6 Hong Kong restaurants in China on the list.

And promote effective discussion and cross-border cooperation through multiple list selections, and encourage the public to explore and explore food together.
The global epidemic has undoubtedly brought a serious blow to the catering and service industries. As the industry's weather vane, the list given in 2021 gave people a great surprise.
The richer selection mechanism and more diverse surrounding lists give more of our favorite restaurants the opportunity to be on the list. I feel really relieved to see more and more Chinese restaurants being recognized. Food has never been far away from us, and we look forward to the day when we restart our exploration.
