A sudden outbreak of the new crown pneumonia epidemic has made this winter vacation in 2020 extremely long. Accompanied by the notice of delaying the start of school, the online teaching activity of "suspension of classes and not learning" came. For a time, our teachers walked into the live broadcast room and started a distance teaching journey, and the online live classroom became popular. As a teacher, I first came into contact with online teaching. Like all my colleagues, I have gained some understanding of the online teaching methods through hard trials and explorations. Next, I will share my little insights and experiences with the actual situation of the online teaching activities over a month as follows:

1. The aspects of successful online teaching: First, the safety of teachers and students during the epidemic period has been guaranteed. During the epidemic prevention and control period, teachers and students used online teaching channels to work and study from home, which not only saved time and trouble, but also ensured the safety and health of teachers and students themselves, and also fulfilled their responsibilities for epidemic prevention and control work. Second, teaching resources can be shared. Online teaching allows us to easily use the online platform to share excellent classroom teaching resources, which not only effectively assists our teachers' teaching, but also expands students' horizons and knowledge. I myself use ptt courseware and courseware in the Xiwo whiteboard to teach and broadcast students live, and also use electronic textbooks. Third, students have many benefits to their learning. The online teaching activities have been going on for more than a month, and I found many benefits: students can learn all over the world without going out. Their interest and enthusiasm in learning have not only improved, but also freely arrange their study time; the live broadcast and back-end supervision function of the online platform provide convenience for students to review, consolidate and learn new knowledge, and on the other hand, it allows teachers to promptly understand the students' learning situation; I interact more frequently during the live broadcast time, which is to check students' learning efficiency, and more importantly, to effectively supervise whether students are online, as well as homework arrangements and corrections. Since the live broadcast, the online rate of the second-grade students in my second-grade class has been 100%, and the homework submission rate has been 100%. Through live learning, most students have developed good learning habits, and even students with learning difficulties have become proactive.

2. Problems in online teaching: Compared with the normal classroom in school, I think the main problems in online teaching are as follows:

On the contrary, we can imagine it. Some students still have certain problems. Second, online teaching requires our students to have certain independent thinking ability and self-discipline ability. I have always taught my students that discipline is the guarantee of everything. During the epidemic prevention and control period, we teachers and parents need not worry about students with good self-discipline. Those students with poor self-discipline ability either drive a phone with a dirt or are not focused when taking live classes. There is no doubt that the learning effects of the two are completely opposite. In the long run, the polarization of students' learning will gradually worsen. Therefore, our teachers should pay more attention to the learning situation of students with poor learning foundation and poor learning habits in the class. When teaching, you should add more interesting teaching links; after the course, you should also design some interesting exercises. Third, online teaching is separated from the teacher’s on-site guidance for students’ learning. As the saying goes, only when there is pressure can you have motivation. I think that without the normal classroom classroom, students will lose the pressure to face the teacher's class, and it is easy to be perfunctory to listen to the class; without the normal classroom classroom, teachers will not be able to guide students' learning on the spot, so that students will easily take detours or misunderstand the teacher's teaching content during class; without the normal classroom classroom, teachers and students can only respond through the cold computer screen or mobile phone screen, thus causing our classroom to lose a warm and strong teaching atmosphere, etc.Fourth, some students do not have Internet at home, some do not have smartphones, and some parents and students do not know how to use mobile phones. Some parents in the rural schools we live in do not pay attention to factors such as their children's learning, which has caused certain difficulties for our schools and teachers' live classes. In order to mobilize the enthusiasm of students and parents for home learning, our school held a school-wide Dingding Video Parent Training Meeting in early March. Later, each class held a weekly class meeting to conduct online teaching visits, and to solve students' problems. Further ensure the smooth progress of online teaching in the school.

3. The little practices of online teaching

1. Deliver online preview and take the first step in the classroom. Preview is an important part of students' learning new lessons. After the homework is submitted, I will correct it in a timely manner, give encouragement comments, and select excellent homework to set an example, stimulate students' enthusiasm for learning, and strive to learn knowledge points accurately and solidly.

Fourth, the cooperation between home and school is in place to carry out effective online classes. Parents have made an indelible contribution to the effective implementation of online teaching activities. 5 minutes before each class, I will organize students to sign in and call. Through parents' timely feedback, I will learn about my children's online learning situation as soon as possible; after the course is over, I will ask students and parents to take time to supervise and accompany their children to do their homework, check and submit, thereby reducing the error rate of homework; for students who fail to submit homework in time, I will send private messages to communicate with parents as soon as possible, ask about their children's homework status, or give a separate private message to explain, or remind their children to watch the course replay, etc., to improve the completion rate and accuracy rate of homework.

In addition, every weekend I will post a warm reminder online to remind students to improve and supplement their homework for the past week. For example, completing a week's homework, understanding epidemic prevention knowledge, exercise at home, being hygienic, washing hands frequently, not going out, wearing masks, not gathering, etc., is just to guide students to get rid of their lazy mentality and develop good study and hygiene habits during the holidays.

4. Grow with me on the online teaching. In the face of the epidemic, responsibility is on your shoulders. Keeping pace with the times and striving to be a learning teacher is something that every teacher should do at the moment.
