When the fire scene was being cleared later, the charred body of a female was found on the second floor. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
It is reported that at around 6:00 on June 10, the Kaohsiung City Fire Department received a report that a fire broke out on the second floor of a 4-story house on Minzu Road in Gangshan District, Kaohsiung. When firefighters arrived at the scene, a fire was already coming out of the second floor and thick smoke was rising. Firefighters immediately deployed water lines to put out the fire and quickly entered the house to rescue. The fire was extinguished within half an hour.
