3 On the 21st, the Shangdi Street Convenience Service Center held a 2022 public rental housing subsidy qualification review work deployment meeting. The person in charge of the business department trained the front desk and window staff on the annual review business policies and service procedures. The
meeting proposed:
01 (1) The public rental housing qualification review business is time-intensive, the task is heavy, and the business is relatively complex. The front desk and back office must strengthen business docking and communication to ensure that all aspects of the "one window" processing are smooth.
02 (2) In serving the masses, provide warm, considerate and refined services to the masses from multiple angles to enhance service experience and happiness.

(3) During the "one-window" acceptance process, timely update and improve the "one-window" acceptance process, summarize work experience, and strive to include 100% more service matters into the "one-window" acceptance.
Two types of families need to participate in the review
. One is
families that have obtained
Haidian District’s public rental subsidy registration qualifications before May 2021
. The second is
families that have started to receive public rental subsidies before January 2022.
Review process
Go to the designated residence in Haidian District. Go to the property management office of the public rental housing project or the housing security window of the sub-district government service center to receive the "Beijing Haidian District Public Rental Housing Rent Subsidy Qualification Review Form". Families fill out the form, prepare relevant materials, and submit it to the sub-district government service center before April 15, 2022. Home insurance window review. Families that fail to declare as required by the deadline will have their subsidies stopped starting in May, and the latest time for families to submit supplementary materials shall not exceed June 15, 2022.
The review content
applies for household registration, population, housing, income, assets, etc. The reporting period for the family’s per capita monthly income is the twelve months before the month of review (i.e. March 2021 to February 2022).
Review results
The street government service center will promptly notify all households with public rental subsidies by phone. Special reminder
1. The street government service center will notify the family by phone in categories, batches, and time periods. Please review the household receipt and bring the relevant documents to the window for review within the designated time according to the phone prompts.
2. Truthfully declare household registration, population, housing, income, assets, etc. If there is any concealment, it will be included in the bad credit file after verification by the housing security management department at the street and Haidian District levels, and you will not be allowed to apply for affordable housing within five years .
3. If the family has special circumstances (for example: hospitalization or quarantine period), please contact the housing insurance window of the street government service center by phone during the phone notification period.
4. For families that fail to participate in the review within the time limit, the street government service center will treat the family as giving up the review, voluntarily terminate the public rental subsidy qualification, and stop the payment of subsidies.
5. Epidemic prevention and control is everyone’s responsibility! Please review that your family abides by the epidemic prevention regulations of the street government service hall, and consciously protects yourself when going through the review procedures.
