11979, as a worker, I married my wife who was teaching at the Xinmiao Town Central School and lived in both places. At that time, there were no more than 300 party and government agencies in the former Guo County, and even fewer young people were working on the job, about 50. The first time I had a meal at Jiangjiaweizi brigade. Lao Chen, the Armed Minister and Party Committee member who served as the head of the contract team, took me to see the scene after the rain one by one. At that time, when I was having a meal, the brigade correspondent asked to temporarily notify me that after living for a long time, I would take turns to the members from one street to another in the village. At first, I paid 10 cents for each meal and 4 taels of food coupons. Later, I increased 10 cents at noon and evening. After each meal, leave the money and food coupons to the members. This situation probably lasted until 1985 when the wages were changed.
In August 11980, at the Party Congress held by the commune, I was elected as a member of the Discipline Inspection Commission. The house of the brigade is a large-ticket house. The outer door is closed and cannot block the cold wind. People go in and out at will, without locks or door bolts. The Sanmajia Brigade has good economic conditions and the teams of all large and small teams are very strong. Sanmajia Brigade has 3 natural villages and 8 production teams. The daily labor value is calculated based on 10 labor points. In spring and summer, especially in March and April when spring plowing is prepared, the commune requires early sowing and plowing will be opened on April 7. To this end, we have to ride our bicycles to and from three natural villages every day. After seeing that the cadres of all teams are in place and the members of the community go out of work, we return to the brigade accommodation to wash and have breakfast. In my spare time, I spend more time reading books. Before going to the countryside, I had an library in the county library, , with the number 344. During the busy farming season, the masses are resistant to partying meals, mainly affecting farming and housework.Because young female members also have to work and earn work points in the production team. I then discussed with the brigade secretary Wang Chunlin and opened a small canteen for us in the kitchen of the brigade convenience store. The brigade gave some subsidies, and the brigade's daughter of the brigade's store cooked for us.
When you return to the commune, you buy a meal roll or keep a booking for a meal in the canteen of the government. There were more people having lunch, and only a few of us, the "stay students" in the city, had their meals for breakfast and dinner. Mutou Station is close to the Songhua River and the canal that injects into the Songhua River. The canal cannot be frozen in winter, and big fish hide under the ice for winter. There is also the drainage drying in the irrigation area (five drying drying) flowing through, and there is a black fishing fishing ground owned by the commune, which produces a lot of fish. Especially the big crucian carp in the canal, the black fish in the black fish, the carp in the five-leak dried carp , and the gayazi in the goblock shed (relying on the Dongxing Brigade by the Songhua River), which is well-known. In the evening, the master Zhang Fenglin would find a way to instigate everyone to drink some liquor. Looking back, the farmers have always been resistant to the arrangements of food to be given by superiors, and setting up small canteens has increased the burden on farmers; cadres from all sizes are disgusted with simple administrative orders, leadership style of urging crops and collections, etc. After all, the changes in the leadership style of rural work have been put on the agenda.
11981, the commune organized brigades and commune cadres to the Benbulai Brigade to hold on-site meetings on the spot, mainly to visit a test field. It is a piece of corn seeds comparison test field, which was helped by the commune agricultural technology promotion station. I quickly poured the fish I received into a large washing basin and gave it to my father-in-law and mother-in-law.
At that time, whether in the brigade or in the commune, they would sleep in the kang in winter and summer. It's easy to deal with in summer, but in winter, almost all the office spaces in the commune are useless. People are crowded in the only secretary's room that burns fire walls, kangs, and stoves, and are unwilling to go to their cold offices. The commune's agricultural power stations and guesthouses have fire walls, kangs and stoves to keep heating. There are many people who return to the commune to have a stay and go to those places to find places to spend the night.
I remember one time I couldn’t find a place to sleep, so I and several accommodation students went to the commune guesthouse to open a room. The house was small, low and low, burning a wall of fire. I can’t remember who asked me: Can I go home more and stay at home for more days in the future? It means that I am too law-abiding and have a strong sense of family. I said, I went home less to go back to the city early (meaning not asking for leave or asking for less leave), which means I have to work hard to reunite with my family for a long time.
