The predecessor of the Jinnan Detachment is the Jinpu Detachment, which was established in early 1942 by the Eighth Army Division of Central Hebei Province. It operates on both sides of the Ziya River in the east, to the Bohai Sea in the east, and to the Niangniang River and Jiedijia River in the south of Jintang Highway. In the north area, the key activities are in the area east of Jinpu Railway . In August, the detachment returned to Baiyangdian, and then returned to Jinnan in accordance with the spirit of the "Baiyangdian Conference". In the spring of 1943, it was renamed the Jinnan Detachment, with the captain and political commissar Li Xuan.
On March 27, 1944, the Jinnan detachment was reorganized into the 9th Military Division of Jizhong. The detachment leaders Zhai Lin and Li Xuan were appointed as the Jingda County Party Committee Secretary and the political commissar of the detachment. There were 3 squadrons. Through the relationship between Li Delin, the insider of the Japanese Special High School Special Agent Captain, and Wang Haishan, the brother-in-law of team member Wang Baolin, the "barrage" was moved. Workers Sun Yufa, Hou Deming, Du Wenhui, Cao Wenying, Li Linqing and others were recruited as team members, known as the "Black Flag Army", specializing in raiding Japanese freight trains and transporting large quantities of urgently needed supplies to the liberated areas. Feng San, mentioned above, is from Dacheng County . He was originally a member of the team in the Sixth District of Renqiu County. In 1942, he joined the pistol team after the "May Day Anti-Sweeping Campaign". He used a gun with both hands, and his marksmanship was very good. He killed the enemy many times and raped, and he was powerful in all directions. After arriving in Jinnan, local "militia groups" and bandits called him "Third Master" when they met. When he passed the stronghold at night, he only needed to flash his flashlight a few times, and the puppet troops would greet him from a distance and send them off as gifts.
In 1944, when the Qingsha tent was set up, the captain of the pistol team Li Chengzhong sent Feng San to the city to get some ammunition. Feng San led the team members to work in the northwest corner, southwest corner and Qiandezhuang area of Tianjin for several days, winning the battle. There were dozens of guns and hundreds of rounds of ammunition. The Japanese commander Du Duoliang was furious. While dispatching military and police agents to search for Feng San, he also offered a reward of 100 taels of gold and 5,000 yuan for Feng San's head.
A few days later, Feng San broke into the tiger's den again. This time, he disguised himself as a vegetable seller and moved into the home of Lu Wenbin, an underground household.The next day, he and Wang Shuhe walked along the Qiangzi River to the British Racecourse (the address is south of today's Tonglou). In the distance, they saw two arrogant Japanese soldiers riding tall red horses. Two people came forward to greet him. According to the division of labor, Feng San let go of the leading horse and leaned next to the rear horse with a lunge. With a shake of the five strands of hemp rope in his hand, he wrapped the Japanese soldier's neck. With another tug, the Japanese soldier fell to the ground. Over there, Wang Shu and Zhao Fang grabbed the medicine and succeeded successfully. The two men quickly tied up the Japanese soldiers and dragged them to the embankment slope and pushed them into the Qiangzi River. Then he got on his horse and went straight to the Japanese Red Cannon Tower. When passing through Li Qizhuang, the Japanese sentry also performed a gun salute. He returned to the base safely under the cover of passing militia groups.
