Optimize policies to attract talents, formulate the "Management Measures for the Introduction of High-level and Urgently Needed Talents", set up a special fund of 5 million yuan for talent introduction, and spend heavily to attract a group of urgently needed and high-level talents focusing on key industries, key projects and major projects. Focusing on the needs of rural revitalization industry development, we will focus on introducing talents in the fields of e-commerce, modern agricultural development, culture, education, and medical care to come to Shangnan to innovate and start businesses.
