For example, when you think of reading, you think about reading one book a week, hoping to quickly form your own knowledge structure and transform yourself. This result is hasteness and failure, which will only cause you to be frustrated.

environment is divided into physical environment and human environment. In the so-called humanistic environment, we often say, "One person walks fast, one group of people walks far." If one can find a group of people to do one thing together, the possibility of realization is greater.
Take my personal exercise as an example. I have been following Liu Genghong for three consecutive months. The reason why I can persist is because I reminded each other and promoted each other.
