Thinking about problems. Only by mastering scientific methods can we draw correct conclusions and work can we achieve twice the result with half the effort.
First, you must have a way of thinking that keeps pace with the times. With a spirit of never being complacent, never slackness, time is out of time, and restlessness in sleep and eating, we consciously carry out hard thinking and in-depth research, and strive to reflect the times in leadership work, grasp the regularity, and be creative.
Second, we must have the innovative spirit of courage to practice. Practice is the source of all true knowledge and a reliable basis for thinking and achieving results. To think about whether a problem is correct, we must not only accept the guidance of theory, but also the test of practice. Innovation provides the source of practice and gives impetus to practice. There is no end to practice, and there is no end to innovation. Only by adhering to the innovative spirit of courage to practice can we broaden our horizons for thinking about problems and continuously increase our wisdom and talents in practice.
Third, we must have a good style of investigation and research. Without investigation, there is no right to speak, no right to make decisions. If you think about problems by relying solely on experience, taking it for granted, and replacing objective reality with your own subjective wishes, it is impossible to make correct thinking and scientific decisions. Only by putting down your airs and taking the masses as your teacher can you understand the real situation and find a solution to the problem. The more thorough the investigation and research, the more thorough the understanding of the situation, the more you can think about problems, remove the coarse and extract the essence, remove the false and retain the truth, and go from this to that, from the outside to the inside.
Fourth, we must have a pragmatic and practical work attitude. The purpose of thinking is to do a good job. Only by adhering to a scientific attitude of seeking truth and being pragmatic and rigorous and meticulous can we draw correct conclusions.
