Thinking about it now, I really feel that it was too naive at that time. Even though it was not the time to "appear" it, I still refuted the leader's face in front of so many people. To put it nicely, it is: a newborn calf is not afraid of a tiger; to put it realistically, it is: stupid.
Later, I naturally wore a lot of small shoes and followed the plan, but attending meetings began to be marginalized; overtime also became more and more. This is also the consequence of failing to achieve "not using the hidden dragon" at an immature time.
In the workplace, when we hold meetings, we will first look at what others say. Because if someone else speaks better than me, it means that I am not prepared enough, and I will be a joke if I start talking rashly; if someone else speaks less well, then I will see if the time is right. If the time is not right, I will start talking, and the situation I encountered above will only be: a mute eats coptis chinensis, and I can’t tell you if there is any pain.
This is probably what the ancients said. To accomplish something, one must be: the right time, place and people. If the person is wrong, things will be done wrong; if the person is right, the time will be wrong, so they will not be done well.
So, when we step into a new world, the first social skill we need to learn is: Don’t use the hidden dragon.
