In fact, at the 2022 IB Global Conference held in The Hague in early October, IB Director-General Olli-Pekka Heinonen gave an explanation on the IBDP transfer to the online exam.

Heinonen also said that IBO official has not yet explored the specific form of online examinations, and has not yet formulated a specific time for development and shifting to online assessments. is currently working on trying a series of online evaluation methods to discuss where different types of materials can be obtained, such as virtual reality evaluation.

IBO is currently testing the complete online version of diploma teaching project, allowing students to study remotely and obtain degree qualification certificates.
