Shangqiu College (Kaifeng Campus) Shangqiu College Applied Science and Technology College is an applied full-time private ordinary undergraduate university with a new type of school-running model approved by the national education authorities in accordance with the pilot construction requirements of the "University of Applied Science and Technology" reform of the Ministry of Education. The college is located in Kaifeng , the ancient capital of the Eight Dynasties. It covers an area of nearly 1,000 mu and has a construction area of more than 250,000 square meters. The college develops high-quality undergraduate education, focusing on engineering and management, and coordinates the development of multiple disciplines such as engineering, management, literature, art, and education, highlights advantages and characteristics, and cultivates excellent and high-quality applied talents. 1. Application conditions
(I) Firm political stance, abide by laws and regulations; love education, have noble teacher ethics, strong sense of career and responsibility, and team spirit; have good organizational management and coordination skills, language expression skills and certain scientific research and innovation capabilities.
(II) Be healthy in body and mind, and have the psychological quality and physical conditions required by the teacher's position.
(III) Applicants for full-time teachers have a full-time master's degree or above (degree), among which the undergraduate and master's majors are the same or similar; the age of middle-aged and young teachers is generally not more than 35 years old; the age of intermediate professional titles or doctoral degree with university teacher series and related industry and enterprise work experience can be appropriately relaxed and given priority; the age of associate senior high school or above can be relaxed to 65 years old.
(IV) Those who meet the above basic conditions and meet one of the following conditions can be exempted from the written examination:
(1) Those who obtain a professional title of lecturer or above in college;

2. Application method
(I) Release an announcement. Recruitment announcements are posted on the homepage of Shangqiu College (Kaifeng Campus) official website and on the university talent website (see Appendix 1 for teacher recruitment positions). Information such as follow-up recruitment status and recruitment announcement will be published on the school’s official website. Please pay attention to it in time.
(II) Public registration
1. Registration time: long-term valid
2. Registration method: Our school recruitment registration by sending email. Persons who meet the application requirements will send scanned copies of the application registration form and certificates that can fully reflect their abilities and levels to the designated email address: [email protected]. Please note the subject of the email as "Application Job Name + Name + Major You studied + the highest academic qualification (professional title)".
3. Specific requirements for registration materials: Applicants fill out the "Shangqiu College (Kaifeng Campus) Application Registration Form" (see Appendix 2) and submit application support materials at the same time (the content includes but is not limited to the following materials: personal resume, bachelor's and master's degree certificate, electronic registration and filing form for academic qualifications, transcripts during the period of the master's degree, various certificates and certificates that can prove relevant abilities, etc. Applicants in counselor positions must also provide party member certificates, and those who return to study abroad must provide foreign academic degree certification certificate issued by the Ministry of Education Study Abroad Service Center).
4. If the registration materials are not submitted on time or the application qualification cannot be verified due to incomplete submission of materials, it is deemed to be automatically waived.
5. All information and materials provided by candidates must be true and valid. Those who commit fraud will be disqualified once verified.
3. Assessment process
(I) Preliminary qualification review. The Personnel Department of Shangqiu College (Kaifeng Campus) will conduct preliminary qualification reviews on applicants based on the registration materials provided by applicants. Only after passing the preliminary review can you enter the recruitment assessment process.
(II) First test. The school determines the recruitment assessment time according to the needs of professional construction and notifies the first-time reviewers by telephone and email. Applicants are asked to bring a copy of the registration materials to the school to participate in the preliminary examination according to the time and place of the email notification. The initial examination adopts the form of written test + interview. The written test for all positions adopts a closed-book method. The examination does not specify reference books, and focuses on the subject professional knowledge and the comprehensive literacy of candidates. Full-time teachers need to give teaching lectures for the first exam. Professional skills assessment is required for majors such as sports, vocal music, piano, dance, and art.
(III) Re-examination. After the initial examination, the school will rank from high to low according to the scores of candidates for recruitment positions, and will be confirmed to be included in the list of re-examination personnel according to the ratio of 3:1 for the initial examination personnel and the recruitment needs. Those who are exempt from the first exam will enter the re-examination directly. The list of people entering the re-examination will be announced on the school’s official website.
(IV) Physical examination and qualification review. The school’s Personnel Department will notify the inspected subjects for physical examination and qualification review within 3 working days after the re-examination work is completed. The physical examination shall be implemented in accordance with the physical examination items and requirements of the university teacher qualification certificate. The inspected person will bring physical examination materials and the original application qualifications to the Personnel Department for review as required by the notice. If the physical examination fails or the relevant qualification materials are falsified, they will not be hired. If the physical examination and qualification review of the subjects fail to pass, it can be replaced according to relevant procedures.
(V) Public announcement. The school determines the list of personnel to be hired based on physical examinations, qualification materials, background investigations, etc. and announces it on the personnel recruitment module of the school’s official website, with a public announcement period of 3 days.
4. If you have no objection to the public announcement, you can go through the employment procedures according to the school regulations. All hired personnel shall be managed by labor contract system. The school signs a labor contract with the hired personnel and handles " five insurances and one fund " in accordance with the regulations. The probation period is 1 month, and the comprehensive assessment of the probation period is qualified and formally hired; if the comprehensive assessment of the probation period fails or cannot meet the job requirements of the position you are employed, they will be dismissed.
