Shandong Province 2022 National Unified Examination for Adult Colleges and Universities Admissions (hereinafter referred to as Adult College Entrance Examination ) will be held from November 5th to 6th. In order to ensure the smooth examination of the majority of candidates and create a fair and safe examination environment, the relevant matters are hereby reminded as follows:
1. Make preparations before the exam
(I) Print the admission ticket in a timely manner.
Candidates please log in to the Shandong Provincial Education Admissions Examination Institute website (https://www.sdzk.cn) from November 2 to 4, and from November 5 to 6 to 7:00 every day. After completing the application for epidemic prevention and control health information, you can print the "Admission Ticket" and the "Shandong Province 2022 Adult College Entrance Examination Personnel Health Management Information Collection Form" (see Appendix 1). Please carefully read the "Candidate Instructions" and "Precautions for Epidemic Precautions" on the "Admission Ticket" and abide by the examination requirements.
(II) Prepare the examination certificate.
candidates must use the "Admission Ticket" and valid ID (active-duty military personnel hold a soldier's certificate or officer's certificate , Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan candidates can use the Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Resident Residence Permit , Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Resident Resident Residents , and Taiwan Residents' Mainland Pass) to take the exam. Because mobile phones are prohibited from being brought into closed areas, they cannot verify their identity by checking the electronic ID card in the mobile phone, so the electronic ID card is not used as a valid certificate for entrance examinations. Please pay attention to . For candidates whose ID card is lost or who are currently processing, must bring a temporary ID card or a temporary ID card issued by the public security department to enter the venue.
(III) Standardize the carrying of examination supplies.
Candidates bring necessary examination stationery into the examination room as required by the "Admission Ticket". is strictly prohibited from bringing various wireless communication tools such as mobile phones, watches, electronic memory storage and memory storage equipment, sending and receiving equipment, schoolbags, study materials, correction fluids and correction belts into the closed area and examination room. Please allow candidates to properly place their items to avoid being unable to take the exam or losing items due to violations of regulations. Candidates need to undergo manual security checks, intelligent security door security checks, and facial recognition checks when entering closed areas and examination rooms. The intelligent security inspection system will inspect metal electronic equipment such as mobile phones and cameras. Please try not to carry keys, magnetic cards, lighters, metal bracelets, rings, necklaces and other items, and try not to wear clothes, shoes, hats, card issuing cards with metal decorations, avoid repeated security inspections and affect normal entrance exams.
(IV) Arrange the itinerary reasonably.
The current epidemic situation is relatively complicated. Candidates who take the exam across regions should pay attention and strictly abide by the latest epidemic prevention and control regulations of the current location and the city where the test site is located, plan in advance, and arrange their itineraries reasonably to avoid delaying the exam.
2. Consciously abide by epidemic prevention requirements
(I) Apply for the "Shandong Province Electronic Health Pass Code". Candidates who take the exam in
must apply for the "Shandong Province Electronic Health Pass Code" in advance (can apply through the WeChat official account of " Health Shandong Service Number", Ai Shandong APP, Alipay "Electronic Health Pass Card" and other channels). Candidates from other provinces in must fill in "Lai Lu Report" in the electronic health code interface, and keep the pass code as a green code. Before the exam, our college will conduct online verification, and candidates do not need to show it to the test site when entering the venue.
(II) Carry out personal health monitoring.
Please conduct temperature measurement, recording and health monitoring every day from 7 days before the exam, and truthfully fill out the "Shandong Province 2022 Adult College Entrance Examination Health Management Information Collection Form" (see Appendix 1). All candidates must submit it when entering the test site for the first exam.
(III) Perform nucleic acid testing in accordance with regulations .
All candidates must hold a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours before the exam (the time for the nucleic acid test result should be after 8:00 on November 3) before they can take the exam. Please complete the nucleic acid test by themselves within the specified time.
(IV) Please report it in time for special circumstances.
Candidates who have no history of travel in other provinces within 7 days before the exam or have no history of travel in counties (cities, districts) within the province to have a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours before the exam.Candidates who are in the following situations, please take the initiative to contact the municipal admissions examination institution to report their personal status before the exam (see Attachment 2 for contact information). After submitting relevant materials, they will take the exam according to the epidemic prevention and control requirements and the examination organization:
1. Confirmed cases and asymptomatic infections of and should hold the health examination report within 7 days before the exam. The physical examination is normal, the lung imaging shows that the lung lesions are completely absorbed, and the nucleic acid tests are 2 times intervals (one of which is 48 hours before the exam, and the sputum or nasopharyngeal swab) are negative.
2. If the following situations are in the following situations, two negative nucleic acid test reports with intervals of more than 24 hours within 7 days (one of which is within 48 hours before the exam), and take the exam in the isolation examination room: close contacts who are still in the isolation observation period; those who have traveled in key areas such as medium and high risks and have left the above-mentioned areas for less than 7 days; those who have an epidemic within 10 days in the community where the candidate lives in the community where the epidemic has occurred; those who have traveled abroad and have entered the country for 7 days but have less than 10 days.
3. If you have symptoms such as fever and cough 7 days before the start of the exam, you must provide a diagnosis certificate issued by the medical institution and a negative nucleic acid test report within 48 hours before the exam, and take the exam in the isolation examination room.
4. Candidates who come to Shandong and return to Shandong to take the exam must provide a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours before departure, a paper certificate for negative nucleic acid test within 48 hours after arriving at the location of the exam, and a paper certificate for negative nucleic acid test within 48 hours before the exam, or provide a paper certificate for negative nucleic acid tests for more than 24 hours before the exam (one of which is within 48 hours before the exam) to take the exam.
5. Candidates from low-risk areas shall complete nucleic acid tests within 3 days (24 hours apart) and take the exam with a negative paper certificate for nucleic acid test within 48 hours before the exam; candidates from medium and high-risk areas shall complete the home isolation medical observation or centralized isolation medical observation as required and shall take the exam with a negative paper certificate for nucleic acid test within 48 hours before the exam; for other epidemic risk areas that have not yet been announced, which have a large number of new infections recently and have the risk of community transmission, they shall be implemented in accordance with medium and high-risk areas. The above-mentioned candidates must take the exam as required on the basis of implementing epidemic prevention and control measures in accordance with community requirements.
(V) Consciously accept body temperature measurement.
All candidates must undergo body temperature measurement before entering the test site. Candidates with a body temperature of 37.3℃ can only enter the test site. Candidates with a body temperature of ≥37.3℃ are not allowed to enter the ordinary examination room. Emergency response procedures must be initiated immediately. Please cooperate with the arrangements of the test site staff.
(VI) Take good personal protection.
recommends that candidates reduce cross-regional mobility and gathering of people before the exam to ensure good health during the exam. After arriving at the test site, candidates should line up to enter and leave the venue in an orderly manner, and maintain a safe distance from others. Candidates must wear masks in a standardized manner when entering the test site ( disposable medical mask or medical surgical mask ). After entering the examination room and taking a seat, candidates in medium and high-risk areas and isolated examination rooms must wear masks in a standardized manner throughout the examination. Other candidates can decide whether to wear them independently and encourage candidates to wear masks in a standardized manner throughout the examination.
(7) Pay attention to epidemic prevention policies. If there is any change in the epidemic prevention and control requirements of the city where the examination is located, the latest prevention and control requirements of the city where the examination is located shall prevail. Candidates are advised to pay attention to the latest policy requirements of the city where the examination is located at any time.
3. Abide by discipline and honest examination
(I) Abide by examination time.
According to the examination management regulations, you will not be allowed to enter the test site if you are late for 15 minutes. Please keep in mind the examination time of each subject, plan and arrange it reasonably, try to arrive at the test site as early as possible, and leave enough time for temperature measurement and entrance inspection at the test site. Pay attention to personal protection during the exam. To ensure safety, candidates are not allowed to stay or gather around the test site after arriving at the test site, and should enter the venue in an orderly manner as soon as possible.
(II) Strictly abide by examination discipline.
During the exam, please follow the examination instructions issued by the test site to complete the exam (the wall clock time in the examination room is for reference only). All examination rooms will be fully covered and online surveillance and video recording in full time. Surveillance videos and later video playback will be used as the basis for determining examination violations. test questions, answer sheets, draft paper, etc. are all test-related materials, and photos are not allowed to be taken in any form or taken out of the examination room.It should be noted that during the exam, candidates such as mobile phones that have the function of sending or receiving information, will be considered cheating in the exam regardless of whether they are used or not.
(III) Violations and cheating are severely punished.
According to the " Shandong Province Public Credit Information Management Measures ", cheating information participating in the unified examination organized by the state or the province has been included in the scope of Breach of Trust information; if candidates do not abide by the examination room rules, do not obey the management of examination staff, and commit violations, they shall be dealt with seriously in accordance with the relevant provisions of the " Education Law of the People's Republic of China" and " National Education Examination Violation Handling Measures ", and will be recorded in the integrity file of candidates in the national education examination; if suspected of committing a crime, they shall be transferred to judicial authorities for legal responsibility in accordance with the " Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China" and " Interpretation of the Supreme People's Court and the Supreme People's Procuratorate on Several Issues Concerning the Application of Law in Handling Criminal Cases such as Organizing Examination Cheating " and other laws.
In order to avoid future study, work and life, please be sure to strictly abide by the examination discipline, conscientiously fulfill the commitment of the "Candidate Entity Examination Commitment Letter", establish the awareness that "integrity exam is glorious, and violation of discipline and cheating is shameful". 4. Be vigilant and beware of being deceived
