This training is divided into three stages. One is the pre-training symposium, which mainly reached a consensus on the construction of the Facilities Agricultural Training Center in the new semester. Teacher He Zhaojun led several teachers and students to carry out a day of planting practice, from the cleaning and preparation of equipment to the completion of sowing and post-maintenance, and gave a comprehensive explanation and guidance, allowing teachers and students to familiarize themselves with the entire planting process and have a new understanding of the operation of each link. Third, the training summary meeting, General Manager Cheng Xiaoqing and Teacher He Zhaojun summarized the content of the training and planned and deployed the later work content; Deputy Director Li Xiang said that this training is of great significance to teachers and students. The teachers have a new knowledge supplement to soilless cultivation technology , and the students have also been trained and improved their professional quality in planting practice, and have also allowed labor education to run through the entire process.
