Tripartite Agreement is not the same as labor contract

Colleges and universities are not allowed to force or induce graduates to sign employment agreements and labor contracts in any way. They are not allowed to persuade graduates to sign false employment agreements on the grounds of household registration. It is not allowed to use graduate internship and trainee certification materials as employment certification materials.

The employer should sign a written labor contract from the date of employment, and it should be signed within one month from the date of employment at the latest. If the unit fails to conclude a written labor contract with the employee for more than one month but less than one year from the date of employment, the unit shall pay double wages and sign a replacement contract.
Personal files are not allowed to be forwarded by yourself.
Graduate files must be forwarded strictly in accordance with regulations. According to relevant national regulations, it is strictly prohibited to carry and transfer files by yourself.
Depending on the employment destination of graduates, the transfer of files is also different. For those who seek employment in agencies, state-owned enterprises and institutions, etc., their files will be managed by the relevant employers. If you are employed in a non-public unit that does not have the authority to manage personnel files, the files will be transferred to the public employment and talent service agency at the place of employment or residence for management. If you are employed in a very large city, the regulations will be followed. The files of graduates who are not employed, studying abroad or starting a business will be transferred to the public employment and talent service agencies in their place of residence.
When taking a physical examination, the employer should reasonably determine the entry physical examination items based on the actual situation of the job. For basic health examination items such as surgery, internal medicine, chest X-rays, If an institution conducts a physical examination, the employer shall recognize the results and shall not, in principle, require it to repeat the physical examination. If there are other provisions in laws and regulations, such provisions shall prevail.

Graduates who are employed and want to rent a house can log on to the homepage of the State Administration for Market Regulation website to enter the national contract model text library, where they can query and download the required contract model texts for renting for free. When concluding a contract with reference to the model text, the terms of the model text should be supplemented and modified based on the actual situation on the basis of a comprehensive understanding of the contract content and full consultation between the parties to avoid possible disputes.
