Based on the picture book reading, she also devotes herself to studying children's psychology, supports and guides children to grow up, makes friends with children, so that she can enter the children's inner world, listen to children's voices, and feel the joy of children's growth. Li Ailing is good at innovating teaching methods based on the child's personality traits and interests. For example, the child's personality traits determine the child's behavioral characteristics. Some like to move, some like to play, and some like novel things. Therefore, when designing activities in various fields, Li Ailing will think about the form of the activity. For example, in combination with the child's age needs, bring excellent picture books at home to children to read, use various waste materials to design and make novel toys, and stimulate children's interest in reading and learning by changing tables, chairs and teaching venues from time to time.
