On the afternoon of June 28, 2022, a symposium on technological innovation and deepening cooperation in R&D projects was held in the conference room on the 5th floor of Building 6. The meeting was led by the District Development and Reform Commission and chaired by Tian Xi, deputy director of the district government. Yu Qiang, deputy dean of the School of Food Science and Technology of Nanchang University, Zhu Xuefeng, chief of the project management section of the Science and Technology Department, Yu Yunjun, deputy director of the Artificial Intelligence Industrial Research Institute, Wu Han, the School of Engineering and Construction, Wei Jingbo, the Institute of Space Science and Technology, and the main responsible comrades of the District Development and Reform Commission, Responsible comrades and company representatives attended the meeting. At the
meeting, Kuang Xuequn introduced the background and overall situation of this cooperation docking symposium. Afterwards, company representatives spoke in turn about the company's situation, technical issues and technical needs. Nanchang University experts and professors gave corresponding answers to the questions and technical needs raised by the company and confirmed their cooperation intentions. The two parties conducted in-depth discussions and exchanges around the "industry-university-research" school-enterprise cooperation. At the
meeting, a total of 9 companies raised more than 20 intended needs and issues in various aspects such as science and technology and talent employment. Among them, the School of Food Science and Technology of Nanchang University has reached preliminary cooperation intentions with Jiangxi Caiqing Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. and Huazhong International Certification and Inspection Group Co., Ltd. on probiotic millet fermentation puree, plant-based fermentation lactic acid bacteria , fruit and vegetable juices, and talent needs.
Tian Xi emphasized that first, we must change our thinking and remain patient in our thinking. Innovation and entrepreneurship in the tertiary industry also have technological needs, and there is great potential for technological innovation in the tertiary industry. Second, in future cooperation, companies should further clarify problems and refine and sort out specific technical needs to improve cooperation efficiency. Third, the district development and reform commission should focus on following up and solidly promote school-enterprise cooperation. It is hoped that through cooperation, there will be an increase in technology patents, talent reserves and revenue. The fourth is to build a position in Xihu District , including a scientific research base and a talent base. It is a platform for scientific and technological cooperation and talent exchange. Promote school-enterprise cooperation by building platforms, awarding support, establishing normalization of school-enterprise cooperation, and creating a win-win and multi-win cooperation situation.
Through the in-depth exchanges at this symposium, school-enterprise cooperation has been further improved, which is more conducive to our district to find the right starting point for cooperation, jointly select the entry point, carry out pragmatic scientific and technological cooperation, and promote both parties to achieve achievements in scientific and technological innovation .
