According to Zheng Siping, sometimes when an industrial robot is "sick", it will remind the system operation and maintenance personnel that there is something wrong by turning on a red light, etc., so that they can check it in time and provide symptomatic treatment. Sometimes, some "difficult diseases" will appear, which will test the ability and level of the system operation and maintenance personnel.

"We often do equipment maintenance and are familiar with robots. When we touch and wipe the robot daily, we can feel its temperature. If the temperature is abnormally high, it means there is a problem and timely maintenance is needed." Zheng Siping said that for system operators, industrial robots are "like their own children." Once they feel uncomfortable, even if they don't tell them, system operators can detect problems in time as long as they are careful enough.
"The demand for employees is huge, the number is small, and the career prospects are very good." When talking about the current situation and prospects of the industry, Zheng Siping is full of confidence. He said that at present, industrial robots have a wide range of application fields. There are relatively few graduates of industrial robot system operation and maintenance personnel, and the talent demand gap is relatively large. They can be described as "hot potato" in the workplace. After reaching a certain level, it is easy to earn a monthly salary of over 10,000 yuan.
