It is understood that in January last year, the General Office of the Provincial Government issued the "323" Action Plan for the Outstanding Issues of Impacting the Health of the People in Hubei Province (2021-2025)". From last year, it took five years to focus on solving three major diseases that affect the health of the people, including cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, three major diseases that affect the health of the people, namely "323" health problems. This year, 21 districts and counties in Tianmen City and other provinces will be piloted to provide screening, intervention and long-term follow-up services for high-risk people in COPD, improve the early detection rate of high-risk people in COPD, and improve the early diagnosis and treatment rate of patients with COPD. Our city is led by Tianmen No. 1 Medical. At present, our city has established a municipal project leadership group, a municipal chronic respiratory disease prevention and control center, a management office and an expert guidance group, and has formulated a project implementation plan. More than 9,000 people have completed questionnaires and lung function screening.
