As of the end of May 2022, the project has conducted risk assessments on a total of 75,777 people, completed screenings for 19,768 people (times), and detected precancerous lesions and 2,144 cancer patients ( times), playing a positive role in improving the province’s early diagnosis and treatment of cancer.

Currently, the urban cancer project has screening points in six cities in Hubei Province: Wuhan, Yichang, Jingmen, Jingzhou, Xiangyang, Shiyan.

Screening objects

1. Age 45-74 years old (based on the date of birth on the ID card);

. Permanent population of registered residents in Jingmen City;

. Not yet Have been diagnosed with cancer and do not suffer from serious heart, brain, lung, kidney or other diseases or organ dysfunction;

. Have full behavioral capabilities and have not participated in the "City Cancer Project" screening within five years.

Note: Those aged 18-44 can also participate in the online "assessment", but it is not within the free scope of the project. The relevant clinical screening is voluntary and at your own expense!

How to fill in the questionnaire?

The “questionnaire survey” includes the participants’ detailed personal information, general situation, eating habits, living environment, ways and habits, past history, family history of malignant tumors, female physiological and reproductive history, etc.

After completing the "questionnaire" online on your mobile phone, if the assessment results show that you are a "high-risk group" and meet the conditions for free screening, you can directly make an online appointment for "free examination" (select "Jingmen Second People's Hospital") , select One or more clinical examinations.
