According to The Joint Prevention and Control Mechanism of the State Council "Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia Prevention and Control Plan (Ninth Edition)" requires that in order to carry out the prevention and control of the new coronavirus pneumonia epidemic in our province more scientifically and accurately, the control measures for key groups such as immigrants will be adjusted as follows:
1. For entry For personnel, the management measures of "7 days of centralized isolation medical observation + 3 days of home health monitoring" will be implemented.
2. Those who have a history of traveling to high-risk areas within 7 days will be subject to 7 days of centralized isolation and medical observation.
3. Persons with a history of traveling to medium-risk areas within 7 days will be subject to 7 days of home isolation and medical observation. If the conditions for home isolation and medical observation are not met, centralized isolation and medical observation will be adopted.
4. For those who have a history of traveling to other low-risk areas in counties (cities, districts) where medium- and high-risk areas are located within 7 days, nucleic acid tests will be completed twice within 3 days, and health monitoring will be carried out.
5. For close contacts, the management measures of "7 days of centralized isolation medical observation + 3 days of home health monitoring" will be implemented. When a large-scale epidemic occurs and the resources of the centralized isolation point are insufficient, the management measures of "5 days of centralized isolation medical observation + 5 days of home isolation medical observation" can be adopted.
6. For close contacts, a 7-day home isolation medical observation will be implemented.
7. Implement 7-day home health monitoring for those who have been cured and discharged from the hospital.
8. For those who test positive for nucleic acid after being discharged from the hospital (cabin), isolation control measures are strictly implemented in accordance with the "Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia Prevention and Control Plan (Ninth Edition)".
9. Employees in high-risk positions will be subject to 7 days of centralized isolation medical observation or home isolation medical observation after leaving their jobs.
10. Implement 7-day home health monitoring for employees who have a high frequency of contact with positive items and items from the same batch.
11. Those who have been under centralized isolation medical observation for 10 days can be released from centralized isolation medical observation.
12. The above requirements will be implemented from 0:00 on June 30. The control requirements and nucleic acid testing frequency during centralized isolation medical observation, home isolation medical observation and home health monitoring shall be in accordance with the "Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia Prevention and Control Plan (Ninth Edition)" "implement.
