Of course, no matter what factors affect our decisions, the original intention is to make us good, but the decisions of the instinctive and emotional brains are often out of touch with modern society because they think they are still in a primitive society.

Most of the decisions we make in life often come from instinct and emotions, rather than rationality, short-sighted and instantly satisfied. Refusal is easy and eager to achieve success. Anxiety must be your old friend. It always accompanies you like background music. Although we are very familiar with it, we never know who it is.

There are many forms of anxiety, and I don’t know which type of anxiety you are:

1. Complete anxiety: Always arrange your schedule too much and live in front of the deadline every day.

2. Positioning anxiety: If you look directly at what people in this field can do now at the zero-basis stage, it is impossible not to be anxious.

3. Choice Anxiety: Sometimes too many choices can make people fall into anxiety.

Many things we have done before are mistakenly thought that they are patience.
