Symptoms will be contagious, so I don’t plan to repeat those symptoms today, nor do I want to attract you to read through selling miserable things. I hope you can understand my kindness.
Say less nonsense, just talk about your recovery experience:
1. Let go of ideas that are not in line with reality, let go of "should and must", and don't compete with yourself!
No matter what you have experienced, it is a fact. No matter what you are now, this is reality. No matter what you become in the future, it must conform to objective laws. Three points are determined by hard work, seven points are destined.
acts to allow the body's energy to flow naturally to repair trauma.
Return to the present and let reality fill life, the most relaxed and pleasant moment.
2. Things you worry about have never happened. Worry is just your habit. Anxiety, nervousness, and upset are all your habits.
does not require entanglement and research. Habits are just memories of the mind and body, and there is no need to find out the root cause.
muster up the courage and give it your best, so why not let the symptoms exist?
Train yourself to ignore the habit of worrying, train yourself to be calm and hard-working, and you will find that you are changing with each passing day and getting better and better.
3. Action determines experience, experience determines concepts, and concepts determine emotions. Therefore, only action can eliminate your inner anxiety, and only action can bring calmness.
acts, let’s not care about anything else! What I mean by action is normal life, work, study, socialize, entertainment, etc.
4. In action, you should maintain an accepting attitude and maintain unconditional acceptance of distracting thoughts, emotions, pain, and anxiety.
neither hates nor avoids them. Such actions will produce healthy experiences and understandings. Such actions will receive positive feedback from the body and slowly move towards recovery. Changes will occur subtly without deliberateness.
5. Action can relieve symptoms and bring recovery.
But the purpose of your action is to live, not to eliminate symptoms, so that the symptoms can be eliminated.
acts to eliminate symptoms, and no matter how long it takes to act, the symptoms will remain.
The disappearance of symptoms is a by-product of putting into life and working hard.
6. I have learned a lot of theories, but I am always in a state that I can’t understand.
It was a period of being stubborn and you would go astray whatever you learn, so too many theories lead to too many deviations.
theory only stays in the mind and will not work. You have to do it, summarize it while doing it, and in turn help yourself understand the theory.
slowly learned it. I was busy with life all day and forgot the theory, that is, I really became my own.
7. Most people with obsessive-compulsive disorder lack a sense of security!
The so-called symptoms are actually part of yourself. You don’t like them and hate them. You either fight or escape. How can you defeat yourself? How can you escape from yourself?
How can you feel safe when you keep attacking yourself? As long as the struggle continues, you are the one who is hurt. So you must accept the symptoms unconditionally, know it, allow it, ignore it, and let it go.
To sum up, you must accept that symptoms are only part of you. The reason why they become unbearable is because of your disacceptance and disagreement. When you start to live with the symptoms willingly, they fade and disappear.
