's first 35.2-meter Pershing GTX116 project has begun construction. This is the flagship and first unit of the new series of Pershing GTX. Debuting at the 2022 Miami International Boat Show, the model combines the functionality of a versatile sports yacht with the signature performance of Pershing.
GTX116 was conceived by Pershing, a brand of Ferretti Group , and is the result of a collaboration between the Ferretti Group Strategic Products Committee, led by Fulvio De Simoni, the Design House, led by Fulvio De Simoni, and the Ferretti Group Engineering Department.
According to the shipyard, the hull was built in the Ferretti Group mold factory using techniques based on "advanced technology" while maintaining Pershing's commitment to handcrafted quality.

The new model is characterized by a streamlined profile that reflects the yacht's sporting capabilities and draws design inspiration from the Gran Turismo automotive image. With 165 square meters of fully connected outdoor area, GTX116 demonstrates the growing focus on outdoor living.

A 38m2 beach club is connected to an electro-hydraulic tailgate that opens to connect the beach area and swimming platform, creating a seaside seating area. The boathouse ensures maximum enjoyment of water sports, providing storage space for a tender of over 5 meters, plus a motorboat and a number of water toys.
The living area at the front can be accessed via the port side walkway or via the bridge, on which a jacuzzi can be installed. At the top of the GTX116 is a 41-square-meter open-air platform with a second helm station, a spacious seating area and the protection of a carbon hardtop.

Meanwhile, the interior of the first model features a five-cabin layout and large windows, flooding social spaces with natural light. Another configuration includes a four-cabin layout, including the master cabin, two VIP cabins and a double bed cabin - with an additional living area. The
design theme revolves around refined tones, mirrored surfaces and classic “Made in Italy” materials, including leather designed by Poltrona Frau.

Through a design approach that ensures a seamless connection, the exterior and interior become part of the same space, promoting mobility on board and increasing the habitability of the areas involved. The spacious main cockpit, equipped with a sofa, dining table and cocktail bar for maximum comfort, will lead to the open-space main living area with a spacious lounge, as well as the kitchen and dining area amidships.
The crew cabin forward on the lower deck will have a galley, a small dining room, a laundry room, two double cabins for four crew members and a captain's cabin. All three cabins have their own bathrooms.
On request, the living area can be fitted with floor-to-ceiling windows on the port side, opening to a 4-meter-long external balcony, providing more opportunities for contact with the water in an open-air environment.
