Anti-accidental locking device deactivation and unlocking
1 Anti-accidental locking device is not allowed to exit operation or unlock when the electrical equipment is operating normally.
2 During maintenance work, if due to the transmission of isolating switch and circuit breaker , it is necessary to withdraw part of the anti-accidental locking device in a short time, it should be approved by the webmaster and put into operation as soon as possible according to the procedure.
3 When the anti-accident device needs to use the unlock key due to accident handling, it can be unlocked first with the approval of the webmaster. Afterwards, the relevant leaders will be reported and records should be kept. Supervision should be strengthened during work, and safety measures should be taken.
4 When an abnormality occurs in the anti-accidental locking device during the operation of switching , the cause should be found out first, the operation should be confirmed to be correct, and the unlocking operation can only be done after approval by the company's leader in charge. And record the details in the operation log. Do not use keys to unlock or dismantle or smash locks until the cause is clear.
5 When the accidental locking device fails, there must be a reliable unlocking method, and it is prohibited to use non-special tools to unlock.
6 After the anti-accidental locking device is unlocked, the operator should contact the maintenance personnel as soon as possible to troubleshoot and restore the normal operation of the anti-accidental locking device.
7 When the anti-accidental locking device is taken out of operation or unlocked, measures must be taken to ensure the safe operation and operation of electrical equipment. If necessary, a dedicated person will be on-site to provide supervision and guidance.
8 The overall deactivation of the anti-accidental locking device must be approved by the vice president in charge of production before it can be withdrawn and reported to the production technology management department for filing; at the same time, the operation must take corresponding effective measures to prevent electrical misoperation and strengthen operational monitoring.
