Project introduction

According to the bidding requirements of the exhaust gas treatment equipment procurement documents issued by Henan Nuclear Clean Technology Co., Ltd., Zhengzhou Puhua Technology Co., Ltd. strictly follows the "Technical Requirements for Exhaust Gas Treatment Equipment" document The treatment equipment parameter requirements specified in the document shall be designed to meet the design treatment effect. The project scope shall be defined in accordance with the document requirements. The total exhaust gas treatment air volume of the system is 90,000 m³/h.

This project mainly deals with the organic waste gas generated during the spraying process in the spray booth. It adopts the treatment process of "dry paint mist filtration + activated carbon adsorption and desorption + catalytic combustion". The process flow is shown in the figure below:

After non-methane total hydrocarbons are adsorbed in the activated carbon box, the high-temperature hot gas discharged from the catalytic combustion equipment is used for desorption treatment. The desorbed organic matter enters the catalytic combustion system. The catalytic combustion system (250~350℃) can remove organic pollution The organic matter is converted into carbon dioxide and water to achieve the purpose of purification. The purified exhaust gas is discharged through the chimney up to standard.
