Each county-level city will have a strong high school, which can produce three, four, five, six or even ten schools every year relatively stably. I remember that when we were in school, it was quite despicable to go to cram schools. Only poor students went to cram schools. Basically, they just look at the final results, scold them if they do not do well, and take them out for a meal if they do well. Things have completely changed now. There is no distinction between good and bad students. As long as parents have not given up on their children, they will basically attend cram schools. The better the grades, the more they will get (or should I say, the more they take, the better their grades will be).

Going to a cram school means that parents have conscious planning for their children’s studies and a lot of financial investment. In small towns and rural areas, many parents have neither the heart nor the money. In addition, parents are deeply involved in their children's learning process. They are responsible for both discipline and learning itself. They are almost the most important tutors. Of course, the quality of parents is different.
