On October 31, Changchun Public Resources Trading Network released the public notice on the conclusion of the survey and design contract of the Third Experimental School in Nanguan District, Changchun City, and the winning bidder is Jilin Provincial Jianyan Engineering Project Management Co., Ltd.
School is located north of Tianqing Road, east of Hedong Road, and west of Bingsi Sixteenth Street. covers an area of 79,900 square meters and has a construction area of 357,500 square meters. It is a nine-year school with 54 teaching classes, including 36 primary schools and 18 junior high schools. Teaching buildings, comprehensive buildings, auditoriums, canteens, wind and rain playgrounds, guard rooms, towers, corridors, basement entrance sheds, underground garages and equipment rooms, outdoor playgrounds and related supporting ancillary facilities will be built. The total investment is 316 million yuan. Planned opening/completion dates: October 8, 2022 to December 31, 2024.

1 November 1, Changchun Public Resources Trading Network released a public notice on the new project design contract for Hsinchu School New Project in Luyuan Hsinchu School, Changchun, and the winning bidder was Jilin Jianyuan Design Group Co., Ltd.
Changchun Hsinchu School will build in the area east of Keelung West Street, Luyuan District, Changchun City, south of planned residences, west of Yangjia Community, Linyuan Street, and north of Qinglin South Street. This project plans to build teaching buildings, doormen, equipment rooms, basements and other related supporting ancillary facilities. The school covers a total area of 22,374 square meters, and the planned total construction area of 8,318.71 square meters, of which the above-ground construction area is 7,430.98 square meters, the underground construction area is 8,87.73 square meters, and the total investment is 46.1 million yuan.

The official reply received is: Regarding the population changes in the areas south of the North Fourth Ring Road, west of North Kaixuan Road, north of Wuxing Road, and east of Caishi North Street, involving the increase in population in the planning unit, fully consider the overall development of the region, and formulate a primary and secondary school construction plan based on the needs of educational resources. Hongyuan School in Kuancheng District, Changchun City has been included in the 14th Five-Year Plan for Education in Kuancheng District, and included it in the project database of newly added compulsory education outlets in the urban area in the next three years. The specific construction of the school will be determined based on land consolidation, funding plans, etc.
