The first problem among friends is borrowing money. Many people turn from friends into enemies because of improper handling, which is also quite uneconomical.

However, the most serious situation of borrowing money is simply that the money will not be returned and the friend has nothing to do. It is still within a controllable range and will not cause too much trouble.
I recommend that you never borrow the three things I mentioned below, because many people have told us with actual experience that once something goes wrong, it will not only be a loss of money, but you may regret it for the rest of your life.
No. 1, credit loan.
There are two situations when I talk about credit loan loans: The first one is that your friend’s credit report is very poor and you can’t buy a house or a car in his name, so you use your own name to get a loan. The second is that your friends have poor credit or insufficient qualifications and need us to guarantee them.
In the first case, there is still some room for maneuver. For example, if we give a friend a loan to buy a car in our own name, if the friend cannot afford the repayment, we can still dispose of the car, but the prerequisite is that it will affect our credit report. Also make sure the collateral can be found.
However, in the second case, I advise everyone not to try it unless it is a close relative, because the guarantee also requires the same responsibility as the lender.
In other words, even if we have not used the loan and do not have any assets belonging to ourselves, if your friend fails to repay the loan, not only will our credit report be affected, but we will also have an obligation to help the friend repay the loan, otherwise we will also be subject to financial Institutional prosecution, leading to very serious consequences.
Second, bank card loan.
When we go to the bank, we can see the scrolling LED screen on the bank's big screen, telling us not to lend bank cards to others, let alone buy or sell bank cards, which involves crime.
Some friends may tell us that their bank cards have been frozen, and they cannot receive wages or withdraw cash. Let us lend them a bank card to use.
If you just use it simply, there won't be any consequences, but if you know people and don't know what you know, if the other party uses your bank card to launder money or telecom fraud, then we will also have to bear legal responsibility.
You obviously had good intentions, but ended up getting yourself imprisoned. This is too unfair, right?
As for selling your bank card to someone you don’t know for a small amount of money, that is completely unnecessary. You won’t make a fortune even if you spend thousands of dollars, but most of the people who buy cards are engaged in illegal activities. We must stick to the bottom line.
Third, rent out private cars.
It seems that borrowing a car between friends is relatively common at present, but due to some troubles caused by borrowing a car, we must also take warning.
I have a friend who lent his car to his brother. As a result, his brother drank and drove, accidentally knocked down a pedestrian, and he abandoned the car and fled, which turned into a hit and run.
Afterwards, after investigation, the insurance company determined that the driver was driving under the influence and refused to make a claim. Since his brother had little money, the responsibility ultimately fell on himself.
Nowadays, it is very convenient to take a taxi when going out. Unless a friend has a clear need for a car, such as getting married or doing other important events, it is better for us to drive ourselves to help, which is safer.
Otherwise, I suggest that you don’t lend your car to others casually. If the friendship between friends is ruined because you don’t lend the car, then I don’t think the relationship between you two is that good in the first place.
