"Innovation: The European Journal of Social Science Research" is a social science journal about innovation, change and transformation of organizations, institutions and society as a whole. It combines analytical and descriptive rigor in an attempt to provide and discuss solutions, visions, roadmaps, and threat scenarios and dystopias. We consider this combination of hermeneutic analysis with deconstructive and constructive applications to be the cornerstone of a journal that is open to all social and cultural sciences.

The journal does not focus solely on Europe, but publishes articles about all parts of the world. However, we encourage authors submitting manuscripts from non-European regions to include a section or paragraph in their article that compares with one European region, Europe as a whole, or to highlight the relevance of their findings to the aforementioned regions, as we believe that the journal is further Developer of European integrated solutions.

European integration and expansion pose fundamental challenges to policy, politics, citizenship, culture and democracy. Innovation: The European Journal of Social Science Research provides a unique forum for discussion of these processes. It welcomes articles on various aspects of European development that contribute to improving social science knowledge and developing a policy-focused European research agenda.
